Best Heating Replacement in Charlotte NC

My fiance and I just purchased a house in January and our sink in our master was extremely clogged. We were able to get by for awhile with some Draino (and even tried a baking soda home remedy), but ultimately, we knew we would have to hire a professional to come out and fix it.We hired Queen City Plumbing based on the great Google reviews and reputation. Jeff was the worker who came to fix our clog. He was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the clog & how he was going to fix it. Very quick too! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience with them wasn't good. They replaced sump pump at my location. Their charges are way higher than others but since the guy who came was reasonably good explaining the issue, i still went ahead and did the job with them. On top of that, i took yearly maintenance service!!!1. They took the old battery charger after the job is done. I've been following up to get my charger back for more than 3 weeks. No one wants to talk about it. Anytime i call them, I'm getting redirected to someone else who has NO clue.2. They had coupon on their site that i asked them to apply on first visit. I was told they would apply after FIRST job is done. Nothing done so far even after 3 weeks. Same issue, no one wants to talk anything about it.3. Call center service is horrible, for my call, they will make a note and wont transfer it to the right person who can resolve these issues.Hope they take care of this and learn how to OWN the issue as one company and treat customers better.

Chris, a senior technician came over to clear my clogged bathroom sink. He was very professional and clearly explained the steps that may be needed to solve the problem. With his experience he was able to remove a significant blockage in the pipe that connected to the sink. Very pleased with his service. Definitely recommend this company.

After I purchased a new faucet he came back out and installed the new faucet free of charge. Great Customer Service. Will use again in the future!

Our master bathroom toilet was leaking so I contacted John with Pathmaker Plumbing. He added me to Caleb’s schedule for like 3:30. Caleb called and said they were done with a job early and asked if they could come early. They came and were finished in no time. Wonderful customer service!!!! Caleb even took the time to play with my 2 toddlers ☺️

This was our second experience with Travis Crawford and it was excellent both times. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the Plummer who came out to deal with an emergency clogged drain. He gave us great tips to ensure we keep everything running smoothly going forward. We appreciated his honesty and friendliness. We will definitely use this company for our future needs.

Tony installed a new water heater in our home. Our tank is housed in an outdoor cabinet, so he toiled in the wet. The tarp I offered him was turned down. Superb quality of work. Tony at is fantastic, and I highly recommend them.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

We had Jordan Cooper come out and perform our heat maintenance for our unit. Jordan has earned our business and is one of the main reasons that we continue to have Morris Jenkins maintain our unit. Every time that he comes out, he does a professional job, arrives on time, calls ahead and is very detailed. It is for these reasons that we requested that Jordan be the only technician that comes out to our house and work on our unit. So long as Jordan is a technician at Morris Jenkins, we will continue our maintenance service with the company.

I reached out to this company for handyman services because the reviews are stellar and they came recommended by an associate. The project i wanted fixed was to remove and replace about 6-12 inches of dry wall and base mold at my backdoor that was affected by water intrusion. With only the use of a 30 second home video Josue quoted me a whopping $2000 with the potential to be more. HAHAHA what a joke! I received another quote from another company that also had phenomenal reviews and was quoted $600 AFTER the handyman actually came to my home to inspect the issue. Seems to me like Josue tried to pull a fast one on a single woman new homeowner.

We have had Chris out for several small to medium sized jobs. He has been prompt, efficient and thorough. He repaired an outdoor faucet that has stumped two other plumbers. When I needed a pipe repair I had some specific requirements and Chris made sure that everything was done the way we had requested.. MD has been easy to work with and fairly priced.will use again.

Me and my property manager called separately to ask them to come out to our property to diagnose a compressor issue with one of our heat pumps. We were both quoted different prices over the phone - $95 and $130. Then two months after they came out they sent us a bill for $196. We called multiple times to multiple people. I left voicemails, sent emails to their service manager - Bobby, but was unable to get anyone on the phone to help or even discuss the issue. Poor customer service and much more expensive than others.

It's not been great. Our warranty company sent out Accent to our house because the outside fan on the unit wasn't turning. The tech replaced the capacitor and it started up. Within a few hours the unit was no longer blowing cold air and I had to go back through the warranty company to get them to come back out. The tech then went to the unit under the house and noticed the coils had rusted through and all the coolant had leaked out. This should have been noticed the first time. He refilled the coolant and told us he'd get new coils ordered. Warranty company calls and they tell me my portion and I agree to it. About a week later I call Accent and they said they've been waiting on me to call and pay a deposit, but no one from this office called me to inform me of this. Once I paid the deposit they came within a few days and installed the new coils. Within twelve hours the unit was no longer cooling and the outside unit had stopped working entirely. The warranty company was frustrated enough that they are sending a second company out to fix the issue. I see a lot of positive reviews so maybe my experience was unique but I will not use Accent again.

The work was completed satisfactorily.

Perfix did the remodel on my kitchen and the wife really loves the way it turned out. I had them install new cabinets and an island, new countertops and flooring, new color on the walls, and the backsplash for the stove and sink areas. We’re really happy with the finished product, and I’m really happy that it didn’t break the bank. They’re very courteous and competent. I highly recommend this company.
