On this reconnaissance trip, Jeff was extremely helpful in helping me identify what plumbing issues needed attention. My husband and I are looking at what items we are going to prioritize, and will definitely use Queen City when we are ready to begin work! Very much appreciate the service.

Kim was awesome. Very personable. He replaced my sink with one that I purchased at Lowes and did some pluming correction underneath. Did a great job educating me (I'm a first time home buyer)

I had a leak under the sink in the kitchen that required immediate attention. Matthew S with Mr Rooter came out ASAP, the next day. He was personable and knew exactly what he was talking about. I learned how to try and stop the issue from happening in the future. Thanks Matthew!!

Reid Jordan from DR Jordan plumbing promptly came out and quickly successfully dewinterized the irrigation system. When I started the irrigation system after he'd left one of the sprinkler heads in an area-3 zone was defective and blew off. I called him back and he said although he didn't work on sprinkler systems he'd come out and see if he could fix it without charge based on an on-the-spot exam. He showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem: a broken sprinkler head. He then gave me a number to call for irrigation service and replacement of the broken head. In summary, I can't even imagine how the service could have possibly been any better. He's definitely my Number-1 guy the next time I need plumbing service!

Our master bathroom toilet was leaking so I contacted John with Pathmaker Plumbing. He added me to Caleb’s schedule for like 3:30. Caleb called and said they were done with a job early and asked if they could come early. They came and were finished in no time. Wonderful customer service!!!! Caleb even took the time to play with my 2 toddlers ☺️

Technician was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, though. Best experience I have had with a HVAC company ever.

I'm apart of the duke energy warranty programs I had been having problem with my A.C off and on ....so Duke has sent them out to repair it. They turn back in a report to Duke energy that a c unit is 20 year old need to be replace. I have another problem so I called my local independent a.c guy. he come to the house. And tell me nothing wrong with my ac until. It's my thermostat inside the house.. And said he would not ever replace the A.C I have. It big commercial style unit .He said it would cost me 10k and the new units are not made with the same quality. They don't make the quality of the current unit you have any longer. There absolutely nothing wrong with your unit. So this company was try to get me to buy a new unit because of faulty thermostat. He told me when you have someone untrained and they can't figure it out there fall back is to replace your whole unit... Beware of there untrained A C tech. May sure you get a 2nd opinion when using this company. I have not had one problem the rest of the summer after replacing the thermostat inside the house..

Installation of new HVAC unit was very professional and quick

Taft and Travis were here on time, accessed that my hot water heater was failing. Changed the old unit out for the new, and cleaned up leaving no trace of materials used for the job.

We had a great consultation just now; they showed up on time, were open to inspecting the crawl space, and provided a thorough list of the work that needed to be done.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Our water heater burst early in the morning causing water to leak everywhere! Called several companies and Morris-Jenkins were able to come out right away. Martin responded to the call. He was very informative and personable. We were lucky enough to get a new heater the same day. We are grateful for Will and Jared for installing our new water heater and explaining the function and other details. Overall great experience for a stressful situation!

The folks at Roby were lightning fast for response. Allen came out and explained multiple options available. He was very articulate and was a good customer advocate. He also was great about following up, you just don't get that type of service anymore.

I was given a referral to MD Plumbing and needed their services for a major water leak at my home. Called MD and spoke to Jackie and she had Jason come to find the leak and then repair it a couple days later. The company has very good communication with their customers and Jason really knows what he is doing. He found the problem quickly and repaired it quickly. Since the leak was a big problem, I wanted to make sure to use the best company I could find.

DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!!!! He is extremely rude, disrespectful and a know it all but unfortunately knows nothing about customer service. Terrible experience!

Me and my property manager called separately to ask them to come out to our property to diagnose a compressor issue with one of our heat pumps. We were both quoted different prices over the phone - $95 and $130. Then two months after they came out they sent us a bill for $196. We called multiple times to multiple people. I left voicemails, sent emails to their service manager - Bobby, but was unable to get anyone on the phone to help or even discuss the issue. Poor customer service and much more expensive than others.

Contacted Joe for a problem with my toilet. He was prompt, knowledgeable, had the supplies and tools needed for the job. I had to contact him again for a different issue and will always be my first call when things come up!

Had the misfortune of HAVING to do buisness with this company this week. My home warranty company sent Accent Heat/Air to repair our ac system. I knew ahead of time that the system had a leak. I thought I was going to pay the $60 service call and the warranty company would pay the rest. Was I wrong.
Accent came out and diagnosed a leaking coil. Then they tell the warranty company that I need a float switch for extra $$/ repipe the drain for extra $$/ and $75 to remove and dispose of the old part. After I argued with Accent and the warranty company they removed the disposal charge. My system has no float switch so they couldn't charge for it (I was there watching them do the repair!) The repiping took a few minutes and 3 or 4 pvc fittings. I had to pay that charge.
Bottom line: this company is dishonest! They will overcharge you with add ons and extra charges. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
