The technician Michael came to solve our clogged kitchen sink issue. He was very courteous and very patient to answer all of our questions. He addressed all of concerns and explained his work in detail. We are very happy with Michael. We will use option one in future

All hours installed our water heater about a year ago, the installation and professionalism was great. Recently we had an issue with the heater due to a manufacture error. Upon hearing the problem All Hours managed to find the part and come over to fix it very quickly. Knowing this was a manufacture issue they treated us very well and gave us an amazing deal. Highly recommend and will be using them anytime we have a plumbing issue as we feel they are respectful with honest prices.

First appointment was for 8-10am. Dispatcher called at 7am and said plumber was 30 minutes out. He showed up at 9:30am. Said he would come back between 1-2pm to flush hot water heater but never showed. I called the dispatcher and she was very rude and unprofessional, and said I had rescheduled for the same time next week, which didn’t happen. Because he didn’t show I ended up taking the 8-10am slot for the following Saturday, today, and requested another plumber. Again, the dispatcher called around 7am and said plumber was 30 minutes out. This time he actually showed up after 30 minutes. Dennis was the nicest man and he did a quick, professional job at a fair price. He even found a gas leak and repaired it at a discount. Can’t say enough about the quality of my experience with Dennis, the second plumber - that’s five stars. But the experience with the first plumber and professionalism of the woman dispatching the jobs drops the overall review to three stars.

Sunday evening realized kitchen and bar sinks were having major draining issues. Submitted request via email. They called me first thing Monday morning and juggled their schedule to accommodate us. The tech, Dustin was great as was his colleague that also was there. Both followed Covid procedures. The owner was extremely helpful on the phone to help us too. Had a follow up visit the next morning and all went smoothly. Very dependable, prompt and quick to help us when we were having plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company. Good people.

Van was really helpful and got our drain unclogged. He was already home for the night but came back out to help us.

I had a 2nd floor toilet that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. I did some research and found MKB plumbing. I called and they gave me a timeframe when someone would show up. Chuck showed up and was able to fix my issue quickly. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. He was very knowledge, honest and a nice guy. I own a water restoration company and when we have customers that need a drain or lateral cleared, Chris and his team at Zoom Drain are our go-to recommendation. In this particular case, a property I own had a clog and I called on Chris to evaluate and correct. They did a great job clearing the drain but also alleviated my fears that roots or other issues were impacting the lateral line to the street. Thanks Chris, you guys are the best!
