Charlotte Plumbing sent people out the same day I called for help. The employees were professional and efficient ( I wish I remembered their names, the lead guy was really awesome). After fixing the immediate problem (clogged pipes) they gave me a few different solutions to help mediate any future issues. There was no pressure to agree to larger repairs on the spot. I have a well at my home. We lost water pressure on Saturday and by Sunday we had no water. Now if your water has ever been out you know how terrible it is. I have used Option One Plumbing before and I called them on Sunday and they scheduled a plumber to come out on Monday between 1-3pm. Tyler and Scott arrived at my home on time and after inspecting the system knew that it was a well pump issue. They went over all of my options and answered all of my questions and scheduled the repair for Tuesday morning at 9am. They were on time and made the necessary repairs and I had water that afternoon. I called for a non emergency service around 5pm on Monday and my service was complete by mid afternoon Tuesday. Richard was great and very up front and honest about the entire project. He let me know exactly what he was doing and why, plus he was extremely friendly and patient with all of my questions. Of course he cleaned up after himself and everything works perfectly so it was fast, friendly, and quality work. I will certainly call again for any future services I need.
