Best Gas Line Replacement in Charlotte NC

Queen City Heating, Air & Plumbing did an incredible job on a very complicated hot water heater install back in April, 2022. I contacted them yesterday to come out to take a look at the expansion tank. They sent someone the very next day ! Vinton and his assistant were very professional, clean and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with the service technicians and company overall. Thank you !

Derek was on time and very professional. The estimate he provided was immediately emailed to me and there was no pressure to schedule the work. He explained the different options and informed us they do offer financing as it is a big job with a big cost.

Replacement of leaking shower valve, Replacement of clothes washer shutoff valves, and replaced valve for ice maker with new line. They replaced hot water heaters last year and flushed them while they were here.

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. John and Brandon were both super friendly while efficiently doing what had to be done. They came to fix what I thought was a clog in a drain to a sink. Turned out to be a clog in a more major line which required substantial more time to clear. They happily stayed until they made sure everything was working correctly. Arrived when expected, cost reasonable and very competitive. Will gladly recommend them!!

We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.
