Best Fixture Repair in Charlotte NC

I looked on Google for a plumber for my kitchen sink that was completely clogged. I had tried multiple methods to no avail. I took a chance on Julian’s plumbing and I am glad that I did. Although the job was pricey, ( to no fault of theirs, my pipes were really clogged which required a heavy duty snake) the customer service was well worth the price. They were fast, efficient, and more importantly honest! As a female I am always leery of people trying to play me and I did not feel that way at all. The gentleman explained the what, where’s and why’s without me even asking. That shows true character. Thank you fellas. I will definitely recommend you all.

I will definitely use AAA City Plumbing again. I had a main pipe leak and no water. I was able to get same day service thanks to Toshi who was willing to work Saturday emergency call and he arrived immediately and did an awesome job in repairing the leak and restoring the water. Leon and Sidney at IRV plumbing and electric came out to fix my toilet on today. They were very professional and Leon was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what the problem was with the clog. My nephews had came over one weekend and put a toy or something in the toilet so this was very frustrating to not be able to flush the toilet. Leon and Sidney both explained that my toilet had to be replaced with a new toilet because whatever was stuck in the toilet was wedged into the toilet. I was concerned about the price but he was able to get me a good affordable price for the new toilet. They installed the new toilet and it was good. Thank you Leon and Sidney. JOB WELL DONE!!!!!! I will call again for repair to my second toilet.

I had a 2nd floor toilet that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. I did some research and found MKB plumbing. I called and they gave me a timeframe when someone would show up. Chuck showed up and was able to fix my issue quickly. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. He was very knowledge, honest and a nice guy. ER Plumbing came on time with prior phone call tech was on the way. Good estimate, work done professionally, friendly, explained what was done, I didn't feel rushed, ,,,,all around satisfied. I've used ER before and will again.

Plumber ( Kevin) installed new sewer line from kitchen and connected to existing in front yard. During installation the soil was not compacted correctly causing is to settle and sink over a foot. This sinking and settling has caused the newly installed drain line to belly and bend in over 6 inches causing failure in the near future. This also has created a negative slope and water sitting in th brand new section of pipe. Kevin promised to come out but it has bee over 10 days without resolution.... Finally after submitting a BBB complaint Kevin came out to inspect. He agreed is like is bowed or has standing water he will fix it. After inspecting the line with a camera it showed water standing in a 10 foot span (breeding mosquitos and drain flies) and vertical cleanout bowing.
( this line is brand new and 3 weeks old and already failing....) Kevin will not stand behind his warranty or agreed uptown terms. Proceeding with legal to recoup cost and damages. Stay away from this business and it's flawed work and customer service.
