I had three other electrician out there to fix my electrical problem.. They were going to charge me crazy amount of money to fix it ..
Cameron and his guys came out found out that a fuse had went out .. fixed the problem immediately and everyone’s happy .. Thank you for your expertise!

Quoted me a 1500 usd to do one electrical drop and to mount a tv on a stone fireplace and then asked me to remove the brick. Is this insanity or what. They are doctors now right plumbers and electricians. I can live with out either of them I can figure out how to do it my self and run and extension cord.

Our kichen was a plain, dark cave of a space. Mr. Lynn assured us recessed lights would change everything. It sure did!!! After quickly installing 4 recessed lights in the space, it was revamped. The lights added brighter light and a new charm to the kitchen. We are so happy with the results. We had Mr. Lynn come back to put a recessed light in our hallway as well.

We had a great experience with Viva. Our technician, Tommy V, came to exchange a light fixture, check out our panel. The entire exchange was professional. I was given honest advice without being upsold. Tommy worked late fixing up some unexpected issues. Would recommend them to anyone.

Our main breaker went out on a Wednesday evening when we were leaving the next morning for a trip. We called Roby and Joey was at our home within 20 min. He told us it was going to be a part that had to be ordered and he would let us know first thing in the morning. Joey let us know the next morning that they were trying to locate the part because it was an old out of date part. Brittney contacted us and they found the part had it overnighted and Joey was out the next morning and had everything fixed with our power back on. They were so great with EVERYTHING from keeping us updated on the whole process to letting us know when the problem had been fixed to also scheduling someone to come back out when we returned home to look at what had initially caused the main breaker to blow. I think it’s EXTREMELY hard to find a company that really seems to show such good customer service and care in something that is so crucial like not having power. We will ONLY use Roby in the future with any electrical needs

I am very pleased with the work I received from Patterson Contracting. Dominique and his assistant installed electrical wiring and an outdoor outlet to support an outdoor tv and pergola lights. They also installed the ring doorbell. They were very professional, always on time, explained all details of the work that needed to be done and they were easy to communicate with. They exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use this company for future electrical an AV projects and would recommend them to others.

Met with bobby to have a car charger installed and fix a light switch. He was very professional and personable, I did not want him to leave! Very knowledgeable he knew exactly what I needed for the car charger and fixed the light switch in minutes. Just wanted to say that I have a regular electrician that I absolutely love but was unable to make it and I couldn't wait 7 weeks to rewire the switch outlets I needed to install some smart switches. Ronnie showed up and realized that the issue I was having wasn't as clear cut as we thought and definitely needed some electrical expertise. After rewiring and installing these smart switches, I was able to program them and secure them on my home network and they are functioning as intended. We are having him back in 3 weeks to finish the rest of the house once the remaining switches arrive. Ronnie is now my second favorite electrician and will be using him and highly recommending him to everyone in the Charlotte area who needs a dependable, reasonable and properly priced electrician.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Lamm on the telephone yesterday about an electrical issue at my house. He took the time to ask me a number of questions, and even helped me locate my fuse box (which was on the outside of the house). He was extremely helpful and thorough. Ultimately, it turned out that the partial power outage at my house was caused by the power being automatically cut off in another room by a GFCI outlet (probably my kids!), however, I do have another electrical issue, and I look forward to having Mr. Lamm or someone from his company look into it. I appreciate his attention to detail, as well as his thoughtful manner. I appreciated him trying to get as much information as possible before sending someone to my house. If his employees are anything like him, I know they must be great electricians! Thank you!

I called Bates to try and take care of some electrical issues we found with our house the day we moved in. (Tried to vacuum and kept blowing the breaker on one circuit) He diagnosed the amateur wiring job in our living room, and made some suggestions on how to solve the problem. First was to separate the outlets and fan/light that were all on the same switch in the room. Second was to solve the vacuum thing.

In an effort to save me money, he suggested just plugging into another circuit. I appreciated the attempt, but, since I was going to be putting home theater equipment on the weird circuit, I was fully prepared to pay the price! Since we were also remodeling our kitchen at the time and had everything torn apart. I wanted to take advantage of his time and blew up the scope of his project.

We replaced and upgraded our electrical panel to a 200A, Separated the living and dining room into separate circuits, and ran 3 dedicated 20 amp circuits, along with an additional 15 amp circuit across our kitchen and into the closet under our stairs. This was MUCH easier to do with bare kitchen walls before the cabinets were installed.

Jeremy was very clear about the projected timeline and even beat (along with Kenny) that estimate over the course of time he was here. He was professional, skilled, and always communicated exactly what he was going to do, why, and if there was anything additional he needed to get the job done.

While doing our panel, he also CAUGHT A MISTAKE FROM THE ELECTRICIANS DOING OUR KITCHEN (wrong gauge wire run to our oven/stove outlet), this was a huge help and both my contractor and the owner of the electrician company he uses were thankful for Jeremy's presence. It allowed it to get fixed before cabinets and a granite counter top went in.

All in all, I can't say enough to promote the trust you can have that Jeremy will get the job done CORRECTLY. I also went over the work order/receipt before signing for payment and he thanked ME for asking questions about stuff, saying that most people have them and then, instead of asking, leave a stupid review when they could have just asked him to clarify.

Some of the reviews on here (and some of the calls he was getting while working here) were ridiculous. Trusting the word of an Appliance store technician checking the professional, licensed electrician's work is a really smart idea.... Good thing Jeremy takes pictures of all his work so he doesn't lose his job because of morons.

As a person who manages an aquatic facility, it should be quite obvious that a pool filter would be beyond the scope of Jeremy or any other non specialized electrician. (Like asking an electrician to come take apart your fancy LG smart TV and fix it because it got struck by lightning). Um...no. If it isn't time for a new filter because it got FREAKING STRUCK BY LIGHTNING, call Hayward, or whoever your filter is from and get a list of certified repair companies.

Last but not least. Jeremy was on time. 7am prompt on each day that he worked here. (he checked before hand to make sure starting that early was OK). If you're appointment is later in the day, understand that each project and solution is unique and takes time to do correctly and to code. The time window is just that, a window for him to arrive. Not a window for him to arrive AND complete the work.

Having realistic goals, budget, and expectations when hiring professionals to do your work for you goes a long way towards a happy experience.
