Julian's arrived on time and service was quick and friendly. We did have to negotiate the price of bit but the interaction was pleasant. Technician was very nice and explained what the issue was and how I could fix it myself in the future. Service was completed in under 10 minutes.

Michael was 20 minutes early to my appointment for a main sewer line clog in a 200 year old house. He took the time to search the property for our non-existent road access, crawled around in my gross crawlspace, and was very thorough in his cleaning process. He and his coworker Shane not only fixed my clog, but explained the next steps in replacing my old, crushed terracotta piping connected to the junction they cleaned out. I respect their mission to fix the whole problem, not just put a band aid on it. I recommend Option One because they not only do good work, but also have a good attitude, are very personable and care about their customers. I look forward to working with them again soon.

They started out nice and responsive, but then billed me to come out to fix their own work and tried to spin it that is was a mere coincidence that the pipe just happen to spring a new leak at the connector within inches of the leak they were working on. I cannot suspend reality to buy that argument and I would never use this company again.

Needed a new sewage pipe, water line, and hot water tank; John was very intelligent in this line of work, honest, professional, and friendly. The pricing was great compared to another company that had quoted us. Caleb was very knowledgeable as well and a hard worker. The technicians of ER Plumbing have always provided excellent service, from general worn out plumbing in an older home to replacing our water heater in the attic(a tough job at best). Jim from Michael & Son came to our home and gave us a quote on a new heat pump. He was a pleasure to be around and Michael & Son had the best price out of any of the HVAC professionals we spoke with. The breakdown of the unit and service was very comprehensive and Jim was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Overall, he made purchasing a new unit simple and affordable.

Quite concerned about the 5 stars this company has been receiving. Not only did we receive poor customer service, but we were also faced with the company's inability to comply with its contractual obligations, unsatisfactory and partial performance by its employee (Kevin), and the company's inability to provide relief to damages caused to the property by the employee. This company does not deserve the praise that they have been receiving and this should serve as a warning to those considering using its services. Legal action will be taken in order to recover damages.

I've used Clog Busterz on a few separate occasions and they have been amazing! On top of their great service they saved me a ton of money compared to other companies.

I had a small leak in the supply line to the water heater. A well-known local plumbing company quoted over $1000 for repair or $4000 for replacement. Burl's came out on-time and replaced the supply line for $200. They were professional and efficient. Thank you!
