This is the second time I have used Rapid Rooter. John Bird came both times and was very prompt in arriving and had the kitchen drains on two different houses unclogged in no time. I thought their price was reasonable for having to go on the roof and unclog via the roof vent. Used the coupon and saved even more. Will use Rapid rooter on my next plumbing event.

Charlotte Plumbing Masters were early, neat and clean, and replaced my kit hen faucet in no time. Mike is extremely knowledgeable. He cleaned everything up and took the old parts away. Charlotte Plumbing Masters is a joy to do business with.

John did an excellent job replacing the water cut off valve and supply line on my toilet.I wanted to get my repairs done today and he was able to fit me in after finishing his current job. He texted to let me know when he would arrive. John is very kind and friendly. He was easy to talk with and respectful of my house. He did a great job explaining what needed to be done,letting me know it should take and keeping it affordable. I greatly appreciated his help today. The best and fast loading

Unfortunately, my husband and I learned we had a leak in our house late at night. We attempted to call another 24 hour plumbing service company and they were rude and dismissive regarding our issue. E.R. Plumbing Services were kind and able to fit us in the next day. Bryan came out and was able to locate were the leak was coming from pretty quickly. Due to it being related to HVAC work we had completed the day before, he suggested and even waited until we had approval it would be financially covered by the other company. He picked up the materials he needed to complete the job (since this was HVAC-related, I'm guessing they don't normally stock this stuff on their trucks/vans) and completed the job. Bryan kept us updated every leg of the process, he insured the space he was working in was protected and cleaned up everything well, too. We are very satisfied with the overall work.

I needed a box installed in my ceiling so that I could install a pendant light I had bought online. The bracket just wasn't gonna fit with the hole that was in my ceiling and there was no electrical box there. I called on a Sunday afternoon with my sob story. Spoke with another company that wouldn't even quote me their dispatch fee without a full customer profile meaning they wanted all my info so they could market to me. I said no thanks, hung up, and called Michael & Son instead. These guys were transparent before I even gave them any of my info. I got text confirmation of my appointment which was great.Zachary came out the very next day (today) and took great care of me. He called before coming to the appointment, was prompt in arriving, installed the box, and was on his way in less than 30 minutes, at a reasonable price.I just bought this home a year ago but do have many planned improvements in mind. When I need an electrician in the future, I will be calling Michael & Son.

The best plumbing company ever '

We had a plumbing issue in our home and called. They were prompt in their arrival and very courteous once on site. The plumber who arrived presented me with the options, explained each one thoroughly, and let me make the choice of what he fixed that day. Everything went according to plan and our plumbing is back to normal now.

I had a great experience! I called today and they had a plumber at my door in about 30 minutes. I had a leak from a kitchen sink pipe, 2 clogged bathroom sinks, and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. In less than 1.5 hours, he had all things repaired and working better than ever. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them from now on when I need plumbing services.

Did the work I called them to do & then they did extra & didn't charge me more. I called the next day with a question that didn't apply to their job & he was polite and helped me anyway. Great job & I will use Burl's Plumbing again.
