Fernando and Raistlin came to my house today, while they were professionally dressed, they should have had on a Batman and Robin superhero outfit because they were SUPER! If I could give 10 stars I would. They not only crawled under my creepy crawl space to find the water leak, but they provided excellent customer service, explaining everything clearly and were very polite and professional! Thanks again for helping us today! I highly recommend!

Chad demolished a shower, toilet, sink in my basement. He installed a new shut off water valve in my house and a new shut off valve at the curb. He repaired a toilet and sink faucet. He terminated the water supply to those fixtures in the basement also. He was on time and professional.

Scott & Lee came out and did great job detecting the leak and repairing it. Very professional, would recommend!

The experience with Ritchie Plumbing was the better than ever expected. Johnnie was very professional and dedicated to doing the job right. The end result was a professional well finished job. His crew he brought with him was all great and very polite. Not to mention everyone there has served in our military and that is a pleasure in its self.

Brett built a new bathroom off one of our kids bedrooms. He came up with the best plumbing solution requiring new drain navigating a steel support beam and going down two floors with minimum drywall cuts. Very happy with the results and working with Brett was awesome - he has the highest integrity and all around great guy. We also hired Brett to run a gas line from our kitchen to the deck for the BBQ and gas fire pit. Once again, Brett proposed the best solution over other contractors which required routing a new gas line through cabinets, under a lazy susan and through the brick exterior.

Reid came right on time, same day service, was knowledgeable about problems and reasonably priced. I would definitely call him again with a plumbing problem.

I submitted a request for quotes (via Yelp) to multiple services in the area. E R Plumbing was the first to reply and were completely in line with the other, eventual quotes I received (or lower in some cases). The owner of the company, David, remained in contact with me via Yelp message until I could speak to someone in the office. It was after hours so I was unsure what our options were but they were willing to send someone out as late as 9pm to get our problem fixed, and our water back on. Unfortunately, as the evening wouldn't work for us, we asked what they could do the next day. At first the earliest available time was 1-3 but Deborah worked with the schedule and made an appointment for 8:00-8:30am because she knew we were without water.Reggie arrived right on time and got to work quickly. We had our water back on in 30-minutes and all was once again right with the world. He was pleasant and personable and went over everything to make sure we were satisfied.This situation has been incredibly stressful but the service we received from E R Plumbing made things so much better. We will definitely use this company for any future plumbing needs we may have!

My husband and I are so grateful to have been referred to Wonderful World of Plumbing.  They explained each procedure and cost clearly before beginning the job, showed us exactly what they did afterward, demonstrated the working feature after each repair, and cleaned up completely before they left. Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. After a day of a small accident on the highway (not John’s fault!), John was able to get to my home after hours to look at my water filtration system. Unfortunately, the unit was shot, but John was instantly able to figure out why........whoever installed the system originally installed the pressure reducing valve between the filtration system and the lines into the house. The filtration system had had far too much pressure since it was in front of the pressure reducing valve.

John could sense my fear in not having any work done until the next day. The amount of pressure on the entire system could easily have popped lines inside the walls of my home. He agreed to go ahead and get a new pressure reducing valve installed (in the correct place, which required new copper to be installed) tonight. He is now finishing up and it’s nearly 10:00 pm! I will be able to sleep much better tonight though.

The professionalism of this company is second to none and John was a pleasure to work with. I now have been educated on the benefits of the system itself, why it’s important have pressure reducing valves and what I can expect in the future. I also look forward to having a lifetime guarantee on my NEW water filtration system being installed tomorrow. Thanks John!
