Best Filtration System Service in Charlotte NC

I installed a new faucet in my home and was having water pressure issues. He was able to guide me toward a potential fix on the PHONE and it worked! No charge whatsoever. These are the guys/gals who deserve a shoutout for stellar customer service. 12/10 would recommend.

I'm so glad I found Option 1 Plumbing! I had them come for a quote; they are one of the FEW companies that will send a technician out to look at the problem and give a free quote with multiple options. I was so impressed with Ted's knowledge and professionalism, that I cancelled my other quote and had Option 1 replace my kitchen faucet and repair my shower faucet. Ted took the time to explain to me the issues, addressed low water pressure in my house, and gave me recommendations for a kitchen faucet that would work well and that I could purchase myself. Option 1 is now my go-to plumber! After using several local companies over the past 13 years, Option 1 is now my only option!

Responded the same day. The technician was courteous and took time to explain everything. Our HVAC person had recommended them and we were very pleased. Definitely will call them again.

My main sewer line was backed up this past Sunday causing a flood in my home and thousands of dollars of repairs. I had multiple plumbers over early in the week and they told me I needed to replace my entire indoor/outdoor pipes because my pipe was collapsed. I got a 3rd opinion Wednesday afternoon from Roto-Rooter and they offered a difference perspective and found out that AT&T fiber bore a hold in my main sewer line. I did not have a city clean out in my front yard so I hired Roto-Rooter to complete the work so we could confirm via camera that AT&T was at fault. I would like to highlight Field Technician Derrick McCain who had my back through this entire project. He saved me about 10K which is what the first plumber told me I absolutely had to spend in order to get my family back in my home. He was accessible over phone/text and even drove out to my house at 8pm to meet the city of Charlotte to make sure the camera footage was captured. He was extremely helpful and I will be using Roto-Rooter and Derrick McCain moving forward for all my plumbing needs.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

I don't trust a business that doesn't have a basic price checklist. I called for a gas stove installation and I was told that the person that comes out would give me a price. So if the job is $75 then I could be charged $285 just based on what they say. Not Good!

John Ritchie did a great job for me. Replaced my water heater and updated valves. Arrived quickly after I called(8pm on a Wednesday), very informative, quality of work was great and fair price.

Service was great! Was able to come out on short notice on the same day the replacement part arrived from the manufacturer. Very curious as well, everything was done while baby was napping with no issues.

This whole company is awesome. I called Sunday evening about a leak and was told someone could come out 8 am Monday. Matthew showed up at 8 am on the dot. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a hairline crack in the pipe leading to my outdoor spicket) and quoted me a price BEFORE doing any work. They offer 5 packages for that service, from Band Aid all the way up to Platinum-- I was most impressed that he didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed. He had to cut a small piece of my drywall due to the location of the pipe but let me know beforehand that he had to do this so I had the option of saying no. He explained everything he was doing and had me watch some of the process so I could see exactly from where the leak sprung and how he was fixing it. This is my first time using a plumber in Charlotte & I will never use anyone else. There was no service fee and my total was less than two hundred. I couldn't be more impressed or pleased with this service.

We called everyone in Charlotte to try to get someone to try to find a leak under our house and either no one would call us back or they couldn't come for a week and a half. ER Services scheduled for a couple of days later (it was a Friday, so I don't fault them for that) and actually showed up earlier than expected (but called to make sure that was okay). The tech was great and he found the leak in less than an hour, gave us three different repair options and is coming back tomorrow. I couldn't be happier!

A Moen 1222 cartridge got stuck while my husband was attempting to fix a leaky shower on New Year's Eve. Damion at Wonderful World of Plumbing couldn't make it that day but requested a photo of the issue. He took the time to instruct us by phone on how to remove the cartridge and even provided the name and number of another plumber who was available to come that day! Now THAT is service! We will certainly use Wonderful World of Plumbing for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend the company because Damion took time to provide assistance even when he knew it wouldn't make him any money!

Juan M completed routine maintenance of our HVAC system and 2nd split unit and was not only courteous and very professional but also gave helpful hints like we were family.

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking to have quality work done. The owner and his guys were very respectful, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that they seem to stand behind their work. Their prices were comparable with the prices of other companies we received.
