Travis did an awesome job!! Replaced a water pressure regulator. Had an issue with the part and was undeterred by it. Wouldn’t leave until he replaced the replacement part… into the early evening !!

The service agent Jeremy did an excellent job on inspecting a leaking garbage disposal unit, finding the source / issue and installing a new unit He was pleasant and courteous and answered all my questions. He also came out to service the unit a few days after initial installation after it temporarily stopped working and had it fixed in no time.

Waide was very professional and installed my new toilet in a timely manner. He wore a mask the whole time, cleaned up after the installation. I will definitely use City Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

I had a clogged main sewage and had called another plumber. They were unable to clear the line and gave me a huge quote to fix the issue.

I then called Rapid-Rooter and John Bird arrived on time and was able to clear the clog, located the issues, and even found my second clean-out access that had I had seen since my house was built 12 years ago.

Tony was very professional and friendly. He even offered to help fix our outdoor faucet that wasn't working properly. Thought of deducting one star for his being a Cowboys fan but his poor taste in teams was not reflected in his work.

McCoy Plumbing installed a sink in my garage last week. It was an excellent process. The scheduling was great, the plumber showed up on time and was very friendly. He did a great job of installing the sink and so far I love it. I've already used it a few times and it not only works great, but it looks great to. The staff kept the work area clean and made sure I was 100% happy before he left. McCoy plumbing when above and beyond. I will use them again in the future.
