Well, my hot water heater went out, and a cold shower was not on the menu. I called Mr. Rooter for an appointment, they called early and asked is it alright if our tech comes early. Yes, after two days of cold showering (are you on the way)? Matthew showed up as stated with 25-30 min. Check my unit, did diagnostics, gave solid quotes, rechecked my unit, & fixed the issue. All work was professionally , had great attitude , & left magnet to place on frig. All complete within forty-five minutes again very nice, friendly, professional, Tech Matthew Smith. Thank you! Give that man a NINE (9)!

We had a copper pipe major leak on Christmas day. Called AATP early the next morning and got a friendly receptionist who was able to quote me an approximate price to fix (ended up being ~10% below quoted (They also provide an additional $15 discount if you're on Angie's list, which unfortunately I'm not)). She was able to get the technician on-site within 30 minutes of my call. Technician was courteous and friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. Will be using them as my default plumber and highly recommend them to others looking for a good plumber.

Called IRV on 12/8 for an issue I was having concerning plumbing, they were able to get a tech out to me within the hour of my call. Emmett was very professional and sensitive to my needs and the issue I was having. I would definitely recommend IRV and request Emmett again if I ever have any other issues.

John was fantastic! From the first phone call, he met every expectation. There wasn't an emergency - we wanted to replace the water heater with a tankless. But he came the day I called and emailed me an estimate before he left. He provided options I didn't think about (that I used!). On installation day, he arrived when he said he would, kept me up to date during installation, and took the time to walk through how it works and what he had done. I would highly recommend him to all.

Chris and his partner arrived right on time and we’re professional and courteous throughout their visit. They installed two indoor sconces, an outdoor light fixture, fixed my doorbell, hauled away the old stuff and cleaned up their work sites. I m already identifying additional projects for them to help me with. I have a 100+ year old house and am always nervous about electrical work. My new AC unit installed in March died! If I had it fixed today (Saturday) I was going to be charged an extra $200. I am not happy about this. Also I never got follow up from installation. A grill that was to be installed in downstairs was never installed. Supposed to have been included in original cost. I work at Home Depot in Knightdale. I have referred you to many people over ARS. Now my faith has been shaken as to whether I made a good choice. Little things on the original work was never addressed. Hopefully on Monday they will be

Repaired leak in copper Freon line at condenser connection from previous poor workmanship by another installer. Did good work but overly expensive. Pricing is $100 for basic service call plus fixed price quoted repair after diagnosis. Needed soldiering of joint in copper line and refill of 7 lbs Freon. Total $1350 for 4 hours. Kind of like going to a doctor and not being able to price shop due to already being there. Tech was knowledgeable and professional. Lots of high tech equipment to preform service.

Over the Fourth of July holiday, my in-laws' basement flooded due to a broken pipe. We called Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning to see if they could fix it for us because we had to get it fixed. We anticipated some delay given that it was the final day of a three-day holiday weekend. Tony, the emergency plumber, called us back in less than 10 minutes to set up a time to come take a look. Tony showed up sooner than expected, evaluated the situation, and provided recommendations. Due to the urgency of the issue, we opted for the quickest and cheapest option. We were relieved that we contacted Charlotte Plumber & Drain Cleaning since, within two hours, Tony had addressed the issue and given us advice on how to prevent similar ones in the future. Jay is awesome to work with and is overall just a good guy. He walked us through the whole process, made it all super easy to understand, and made everything as painless as possible.I wasn’t sure if I should go with Morris Jenkins at first, but now they will always be my first call for anything HVAC related. Have used the twice for different rental properties. One was where water was leaking from upstairs into the downstairs kitchen. They adjusted their schedule to handle the emergency.

He made sure not to leave a mess and let me know his company was available for any and all my plumbing needs. I really like the 90 day quarantine on the work done.
