Russ Baker replaced my hot water heater this weekend. He is incredibly friendly, great customer service, and easy to work with. My dog, Maggie, would have jumped in his truck and never looked back. Russ worked professionally and efficiently. He spent some time explaining what was replaced and my maintenance responsibilities. Russ is definitely an asset to the Ben Franklin team. If I have any future needs, I will definitely request Russ.

Our dishwasher was no longer draining following a kitchen renovation. It had been disconnected and then re-installed by another Charlotte based plumbing company (MJ). We had a feeling something wasn't done right. After explaining our issue to Brett on the phone, he was able to troubleshoot without making a trip out. It turns out MJ did not install properly, and had forgotten to remove a simple cap/plug on the disposal where our dishwasher connects. Brett thank you again for your time and help. You've earned our future business!

They charged me $4000 for basically repairing a cleanout ! (Drain pipe outsideof house ) a local contractor told me that shouldn’t be more than $1200 ?NOT RECOMMEND ?TO EXPENSIVE

She told me right away that she was going to work on my issue to get my pump repaired. She found my motor and schedule same day service . I highly Recommend this company. John was wonderful. He addressed our plumbing issues, was able to give us a price before repair, and fix all issues in the span of a few hours. He also showed us how to maintain our plumbing to extend the lifetime of appliances/pipes, and the damage he was fixing. Trying to find a plumber on a Sunday became a big challenge. When I finally called Roto-Rooter they offered me an appointment within a couple hours of my call. The plumber was on time and took care of my problem in a timely manner. He was very polite and professional.

Mike has been absolutely awesome. He’s polite and very patient. I bought an older house that needed much plumbing attention. Mike has many years experience in the plumbing business from new construction to aged homes. He knows how the plumbing operates which helps him quickly understand where the root of the problem is. Found them on Angie's List and they were here within a couple of hours on a Saturday. They fixed an emergency leak quickly and professionally and the price was great. So happy to have found a plumber!

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

Great people great craftsmanship

Dan and his guys were wonderful when it came to installing two brand new units in our home. One unit was severely old and the other hadn’t worked since we purchased our home. Not only did Dan come personally to quote the replacements, they had us scheduled and completed within a week. The service guys were prompt, efficient and so polite. Seriously a joy to work with.
