He was very thorough with his explanation of the issue and took pictures to document their opinion on how to proceed forward. They outlined the options and explained each one thoroughly. We needed to have our buried corrugated drains from our downspouts cleared and we contacted Rapid-Rooter because our regular plumber recommended them. I spoke with them several times on the phone to discuss our issue and I really felt like they cared about providing the right solution. TJ and John were our service technicians. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and quickly assessed how to address our slow/blocked drains. They completed the work within an hour and we now have free-flowing downspout drains!! We worked with Johnny he was awesome! We needed a toilet repair quick since we had guests coming to town and my neighbors recommended this company. I was very impressed with how fast he was able to fix the problem, his communication prior to arrival (gave me a friendly call prior), and his kind personality. I also felt the service was a good value for the time it would have taken my husband and I to DIY the issue and order the correct parts on our own. I had a broken sink valve on a Sunday (of course) and had to turn off the whole house water supply as a result. I called Roto-Rooter and with in a couple hours they were at my home. Jeff repaired my issue in a very timely manner and explained the process so I could understand what went wrong and the best way to resolve in the future. I highly recommend Roto-rooter.

I had three situations that needed to be addressed: a badly, leaking bathtub faucet, a disposal that needed to be replaced as well as a kitchen faucet.
