Best Drain / Sewer Camera Inspection in Charlotte NC

I texted Jason Julian on a Sunday morning at 6:35am. He was responsive and sensitive to my plumbing needs. I was up 2 hours prior looking for the best plumber and this company is it for me! He and his son, Chason arrived promptly just before 10:00am and were done before 10:30am! I will continue to work with Julian’s plumbing.

Richard was awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable! He had our two outdoor faucets fixed in no time.

I called Brett on a Thursday afternoon to get an estimate on replacing a leaking water heater. He walked me through the estimate and options and was 25% less than others. Then he said I will be there tomorrow and have it done before noon. It was done by 11:30 with very good quality. He walked me thru what he had done and how to operate. A Class service and value.

Stan was GREAT! He came earlier than expected, and was very thorough with his work. The salon can not operate without our sinks so I was really distraught but Stan assured me he would solve the issue. He was also very informative by telling me how he was able to drain the sinks, and everything I can do to prevent blockage in the future.Thank you so much for your help!

Always there when you need them.From the moment they answer your call to the end of the job. They handle things with care, efficiently and expediency. Fair, trustworthy, knowledgeable , kind are just a few ways to describe this company.We have used them numerous times on different plumbing issues.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778
