This company went above and beyond. I called in the morning and they agreed to help me. I wasn't a true emergency other than the fact that my mom can't do stairs and it was her downstairs plumbing that had the issue. Guitar (the senior tech that arrived to help me) didn't even arrive until after 6pm because he had such a busy long day, but he arrived with a smile on his face and stayed until 7:30 so my mom could use her plumbing. He was amazing. All of this says nothing about how professional and clean and totally wonderful he was. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

We had a major drain that rusted out. We had several estimates & were not satisfied w/the companies that we interviewed with until Matthew from Mr Rooter gave us his estimate. He was an answer to prayer. It was a major job requiring a good portion of a 750 sq foot room on a concrete slab had to be jack hammered thru & lines replaced. We thought our home was going to be wrecked. Brad Graham and his co-worker John were awesome. Hard consistent workers. Very respectful of our family & our home. Those 2 did an excellent job and when they finished you could hardly tell that our home had been thru an extensive plumbing job. They put everything back together almost as good as when they started th job. Mr. Rooter’s prices r reasonable and they really do make pleasing the customer their priority. Thank you all so much William, Matthew,Brad & John. You were all a God send. I pray that God blesses ur business abundantly.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We were told by another company that our grinder pump needed to be replaced and they were going to charge us over $8K. Matthew and Bobby with AAA City Plumbing came out and said check your breaker box and low and behold that's all it was. Flipped the switch and we are back in business. Bliss Plumbing was so professional, and easy to work with! From the first call to the end of the visit, everything was exceptional. They were very thorough in their explanation of what to expect, good communicators, and didn’t try to force a repair that really wasn’t necessary. We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

We had a huge job at our rental house. The sewage line had collapsed and the entire line had to be replaced. Mike came and replaced the line, added two clean outs, and even surprised us by adding a turn off valve (very much needed but we didn't think to ask about that). He did all this work, along with his crew, in one day. The yard was graded and seeded after the project was done. Debra, in the office, kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this plumber!

Night before hosting thanksgiving at our home, we run into water flowing back into our home from the toilet. Not knowing what the issue was, we decided to call numerous big name 24 hour plumbers. None of which got back to us in the time they stated or couldn't be over until early next day. This is when we ran into Zoom Drain through google search. It was close to midnight when they received our call, it was the actual owner that picked up. Said they can have a technician come out same night. Technician showed up a little after 1:00am and resolved our issue under an hour! Mind you its 30 degrees and 1 am in the morning AND the day before thanksgiving. Technician was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to resolve the issue. They have all the necessary tools to get any job done! We were very impressed by the video technology. For the time frame they arrived and finished, I applaud their service and would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone needing professional service! Thanks again fellas!
