Cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Queen City Plumbing, and specifically the technician who serviced our Rinnai tankless water heater, Fernando. We had been without consistent hot water for 2 days when I called several companies seeking a service call. Many companies' lead times were 4-7 days. Queen City got a technician out the very next day. When Fernando arrived, he was attentive in assessing the problem, listening to what we had already troubleshot, and explaining what he was going to do to diagnose the issue. He was patient and thorough with his explanations, showed the utmost care when coming in and out of our home, fixed the problem, and then continued to re-create and re-fix the problem so I could better understand the issue. He took his time, was thorough in his explanations and guidance, was patient with my questions, and comprehensive in communicating costs and expectations. 10/10. Hands down would call Queen City again and request Fernando.

I needed a plumber for two completely unrelated things that came up within a week of each other. Each time I called Charlotte Plumbing they got back to me quickly and had someone out within an hour of our conversation. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The plumber cleaned up after himself without my asking. Each person explained what he was doing and why. The price was very fair for the work that was done. Everyone associated with the company is a true professional. I will not be calling anyone else in the future. It's a relief knowing just who to go to for something no one in our house can even attempt to fix on our own.

We had a clogged sewer line that Rayan cleared using his rotating snake. After which he used a camera to video inspect the pipe. This was on a Saturday morning and he was prompt, on time and didn’t stop until the job was done.. thank you Rayan.

Ted has been great to work with, very responsive and communicative. He has roughed in an entire basement for me. He has found a solution to all the problems we have ran in to and hasn’t charged any extra like many other companies do. Highly recommend.

I noticed a small water spot on my ceiling come from the bathroom. I called AAA City Plumbing in the afternoon on a Monday and they sent Stephan out first thing on a Tuesday morning. They called me to let me know he was on his way and he arrived within a half hour. The repair was fixed quickly and efficiently. He wore his mask the entire time (even when I said I was okay with him taking it off). I never felt that I was being ripped off and lied to like I have with other plumbers. I immediately googled the price range for the repair I needed and their price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend AAA City plumbing and will use them in the future if needed!

Good service. John was nice and did a good job. Be careful scheduling with sneaky extra after hours charge on “holidays” like Good Friday.

Can't even put into words how awesome John is! He was friendly and focused on getting the job done in a decent amount of time. McCoy Plumbing installed a sink in my garage last week. It was an excellent process. The scheduling was great, the plumber showed up on time and was very friendly. He did a great job of installing the sink and so far I love it. I've already used it a few times and it not only works great, but it looks great to. The staff kept the work area clean and made sure I was 100% happy before he left. McCoy plumbing when above and beyond. I will use them again in the future.

Brett was awesome! Fit us in at short notice, was very professional and explained everything he intended to do before starting the job. I had the part and he trusted that it was correct and what I needed for the repair without questioning me. He gave me the total price for the job before he began and it didn’t change afterwards. His apprentice/2nd Plummer Andrew was a courteous and hard working young man. Over all a very positive experience and I would recommend them both to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I will be keeping his number for sure!

Honest and professional company. Johnathan repaired my tankless water heater. He was responsive and provided updates on the progress and able to explain what the issue was. From now on, EA Jones will be handling all of my plumbing issues.

Hot water heater busts at 2PM and by dinnertime the same day we had a new tankless water heater up and running. Awesome job, excellent service. What more can you ask for? Can't be beat. Amazing.

Two weeks ago I learned about MKB Plumbing, Chuck Austin came to do a job for one of my clients, and then two other clients needed repairs on their inspection list. Was having issue with my hot water heater. Duke power sent Dickerson Plumbing out. I checked the reviews once I now know who was coming and was very reluctant to go with them from what I read. I had talk with a very rude person already with Duke today I wasn't in the mood to chance another rude person. Repairman will be Joseph.
Well today Joseph Joe arrived on time. First impression everything to me. He was very professional, courtesy and knowledge. I like that he put his shoe covers on.. After briefing him on my issue he got to work. I like that he didn't mind answering any questions I asked him. Very good customer service skills. I'm so glad I had no issue. He checked everything out and found the water turn off was I think too low which was also causing a issue with my commode. He was very helpful in telling me what need to be done with commode. It was not covered on my plan and was more than I wanted to pay. That's the only reason I didn't have him do it. Can't say enough about Joe. If I have issues again I will ask for this company requesting Joseph because he do not fit the bill for any of the negative reviews I read.

Super nice, professional and knowledgeable technician from Norway. Unfortunately, our clog decided to unclog before he arrived, so there was not much to do.

Frank, the Zoom technician, is awesome to work with. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with him and Robert, the office manager.

We had a great couple experiences with Brian as he helped with setting a new tub and then with a conversion to a tankless water heater. Brian is very responsive, organized and helpful. We’ve referred him to our family and friends and will certainly call him for our next plumbing need.
