Best Camera Sewer Line in Charlotte NC

After literally having a water line leak in my yard that created a toad pond in my front yard I called Julian's plumbing along with a few other places to get quotes. I spoke with Jason from Julian's plumbing and he was by far the most helpful person when it comes to customer service and knowledge about plumbing issues. He took the time to go above and beyond to answer any question that I had. It is evident that he loves what he does and he does it well! Had my line replaced in a matter of days from my initial call and all at a very good price. I will definitely use Julian's plumbing again!

Contacted Option One Plumbing for a leaking Pressure regulator valve.
Alfonso was able to schedule an appointment for the next day.
George arrived on time and was very professional.
He replaced the leaking valve and after discussing the benefits of a hotwater recirculating pump he was also able to install the pump for us in the same service call .

Had a clogged disposal and drain pipe in kitchen sink. Called Rapid-Rooter on Saturday and they were out to my house in a flash! Our service technician, John Bird #63, resolved the problem in less than an hour. He explained why we had a problem and what he did to fix it. He provided great customer service. And, the price was not bad for an emergency weekend call. Thanks for everything!

I will have these guys as a contact in my phone - I would say speed dial, but that would make me sound old! Extremely responsive. Johnny was so thorough for a problem I had before. He made sure that I knew what the issue was and he resolved it. He went above and beyond on a Friday night and I appreciated his kindness and respect of my property. Another company helped me with the same issue in the past and never let me know what the issue was - just that they fixed it. Stan and his apprentice in training came to my home to unclog my sewer main. Stan was extremely polite and kept me informed of what they were going to do. He explained what he thought the problem was. He got it unclogged by using a snake down the main. Outstanding customer service! Thank you Stan and Roto-Rooter. Very satisfied.

We had a huge job at our rental house. The sewage line had collapsed and the entire line had to be replaced. Mike came and replaced the line, added two clean outs, and even surprised us by adding a turn off valve (very much needed but we didn't think to ask about that). He did all this work, along with his crew, in one day. The yard was graded and seeded after the project was done. Debra, in the office, kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this plumber!

Dickerson Plumbing and Electrical provided very professional service with their electrician Scott Ewing. Scott was very detailed, and always let me know before he had to turn off the electricity for a short period of time (since I work at home, this is very important) and was very polite (and wore booties) whenever he needed to enter my home. I am very pleased with the quality of service from Dickerson.

Chris came out for a drainage issue, he scoped the line and found a break ws very knowledgable an professional with his explanation on how to fix and what steps to take in the meantime until repairs could be made , was very impressed with the service we received ?

I had a small leak in the supply line to the water heater. A well-known local plumbing company quoted over $1000 for repair or $4000 for replacement. Burl's came out on-time and replaced the supply line for $200. They were professional and efficient. Thank you!
