Called and they were able to come first thing the next morning. Fernando was able to quickly identify the problem. He was able to make the repair quickly. He cleaned up the restroom before he left. He was very friendly and eager to please.

Had an immediate need with septic tank. First they sent 2 technicians (George)to access and determine the problem. They accessed, and immediately called their office to schedule the proper techs to perform the repairs. the 2nd crew (Chris & Ian) arrived later and immediately got to work. ALthough during these 1st 2 visits, they were unable to fix the problem, plans were made and everything was explained for what needed to be done. Everyone was very attentive and professional. I ask alot of questions - and they didn't hesitate to answer all of them Thanks!!!

Kelly was a huge help over the phone. After speaking with her we realized that I was being quoted way too high by another company. Matthew came to my house that same day and replaced my ancient water heater in a very quick and professional manner. I would absolutely use this company again.

The specialist refused to acknowledge the issues we were having prior to Roto-Rooter being called. He claimed that the water heater was overheating and tripping the safety switch. I have done manual resets a couple of times and knew what he was referring to. However, he turned the thermostat down (which is also something I, as the homeowner, am capable of doing) and reset the power and charged us $312. When we addressed the concern of the water heater still not able to maintain hot water for more than 10 minutes, he continued to repeat that the water heater was overheating. Again, the specialist didn’t acknowledge the concerns we gave him, and then charged us $312 to do something he could have just mentioned to me. Oh, and our water heater is still not maintaining heat. This was indeed a waste of money and I regret paying.

Do yourself a favor and shop around.  For a simple shower drain snake (which took a whopping 3 minutes) and a gallon of Bio one, we were charged $448.  This is absolute insanity. I am currently awaiting a call back from the owner.  If this is changed to a reasonable charge for a basic service call, I will revise this review... Otherwise, this is straight highway robbery and you should avoid this company at all costs.

Update: We were not called back by end of day as promised. Pricing and work to be performed was deceiving. We were told a sewer machine was going to be used. It's even documented as such in your billing provided. We paid upfront, then your tech returns with a simple hand snake. I will revise this review if the owner accepts the fact that his tech was deceptive in his pricing and changes the bill to an appropriate charge. Sending a drug free tech and “we have overhead” is not justification for misleading a client on the work performed and the fee charged is no where close to fair market value. I know this, you know this, and now everyone reading this review will know this. Hopefully this will help at least one person avoid being taken advantage of by your company.

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!

Our water heater started leaking from the bottom so we reached out to Presidential Plumbing. I immediately felt like they cared. They had someone out the same day to take a look. We opted to go tankless.
Eddie and Chris were out the next day to install.
They were very professional. They got the work done quickly and kept the work area clean.
A few days after the install we noticed a problem with the water temp in our kitchen. I called into the office and was told someone would get back to me.
They did! Far too often do companies, people say that they will return your call only for you to have to call them again.
Chris and Eddie came out the next day, put booties on their feet before coming in, and swapped out the faulty part in 10 minuets. They hung out for a few just to make sure all was working and then they were off.
I highly recommend this company. From beginning to end a pleasant experience.
We will be using them again.

Will, Christine, and the rest of their team are an absolute pleasure to work with. We used their services to have a gas line installed for our gas range and we're very thankful that we did. It is clear that they take great pride in their work and that is something that is greatly appreciated. Great service after hours. Repaired a water mainline break to the house from the meter in less than 2 hours from the late evening call. Very polite and professional. Answered the phone in person to arrange the service. All the other guys would not answer or said they could not come out until the next afternoon. These guys are the real deal for 24/7 service.
