I hired the Plumbing company of the Carolinas to install a new sink, faucet and garbage disposal to replace the older equipment in my kitchen. Eldon Floyd and his co-worker did a fantastic job installing the new equipment. They took their time, they were thorough and did the job right. I've had the equipment installed for over a month and I wanted to ensure everything was working well before providing a review. I highly recommend Eldon and this company for any plumbing job you may have for your residence or business. I know I'll contact them again for any future needs.

Needed a gas line repair, technician was efficient and the price was very fair. I had the problem resolved 2 hours after I first called. Would recommend and use again.

We contracted The Plumbing Co to resolve several plumbing issues. They showed up when promised, and were very professional. He explained what was needed to be done and informed me of the price. All of the issues were resolved for the quoted price. Best of all, there were no surprises.

Eldon and his team have come out twice. Once to replace a leaking water heater and again for miscellaneous plumbing repairs. On both occasions they were quick, friendly and clean. I'll definitely be using them in the future.

Eldon Floyd came when I had a leak on the weekend! He found/fixed that and was very reasonable in price. I then had him back for other plumbing jobs that I had. He is very professional and arrived on time for both appointments. I highly recommend this company!

My pipes were making a banging sound and one of their plumbers, Eldon, was able to come out same day and diagnose it and fix it.

It turns out that all I needed was a pressure reducing valve to reduce the city water pressure down to something my house could handle.

Eldon didn't try to BS me about what I needed, he was in and out in an hour, and was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be!

Eldon and Griffin spent the day here yesterday replacing my hot water heater and installing some additional plumbing for a new sink. Eldon Floyd is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. He came on a Sunday night to unclog a really tough sink drain, and took his time making sure it was fixed no matter how late it was. I’d recommend his company to anyone, his prices are competitive and he does great work!

I called them after noticing a sizeable leak and they came out on a weekend in less than an hour.

The guy was clean, polite, and professional. He found the problem and fixed it and then took the steps to make sure it didn't reoccur.
Obviously you're going to pay for a plumber, but these guys are very upfront with the costs.

Great service after hours. Repaired a water mainline break to the house from the meter in less than 2 hours from the late evening call. Very polite and professional. Answered the phone in person to arrange the service. All the other guys would not answer or said they could not come out until the next afternoon. These guys are the real deal for 24/7 service.

Disappointed. I called for a quote to install an ice maker connection and requested a 'ball park' figure. They would not provide even a 'ball park' figure without showing up to check it out at a cost of $80 for the visit. The quote was $520.00 so I wrote the check for $80 and sent them on their way. Feeling used. Found someone to do it for $200.
