Joe arrived promptly after his 30 minute heads up call. He was polite, courteous, and extremely professional. He did everything and more to help us ensure our plumbing was sound.We return to BF Plumbing time and time again. Mike was very helpful, explaining everything step by step. He came very quickly after I called the office with the problem , within the hour. Repair was made very effectively. I have arranged to have Wyattworks and Mike do another job when my granite is installed in the kitchen.

Our technician was an excellent, intelligent and experienced young man who goes by the name of Tony, He came right away and immediately realized the problem at hand which he fixed without a hassle, he ordered our part needed, picked it up and installed it all In the same day leaving us with good hot water. I was very happy with Michael & Sons service from beginning to end. Steven, the electrician, arrived early and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with his work. I had 3 pendant lights installed and decided to purchase a whole house surge protector. Steven had one on his truck and had it installed in no time. I would highly recommend Michael & Sons!

Most importantly he is very conscientious of your property.

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!
