7R KNEW HOW TO FIX MY SINK....HE DID A TOP OF THE LINE JOB FOR ME AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS TOO....I WOULD HAVE HIM BACK FOR ANY MORE PLUMBING NEEDS.....

We had a major drain that rusted out. We had several estimates & were not satisfied w/the companies that we interviewed with until Matthew from Mr Rooter gave us his estimate. He was an answer to prayer. It was a major job requiring a good portion of a 750 sq foot room on a concrete slab had to be jack hammered thru & lines replaced. We thought our home was going to be wrecked. Brad Graham and his co-worker John were awesome. Hard consistent workers. Very respectful of our family & our home. Those 2 did an excellent job and when they finished you could hardly tell that our home had been thru an extensive plumbing job. They put everything back together almost as good as when they started th job. Mr. Rooter’s prices r reasonable and they really do make pleasing the customer their priority. Thank you all so much William, Matthew,Brad & John. You were all a God send. I pray that God blesses ur business abundantly.

Richard came out after a pipe burst at my house. He worked in the flooded crawl space to fix the leak. I am very appreciative.

Roto-Rooter was a game changer. We had toilet issues that occurred Thursday around closing. We were let down by two other plumbing companies before Roto-Rooter got us all taken care of. Andre (Tech #3585) came in towards closing and evaluated the issue and confirmed that they would be able to take care of it next day pending getting a part. The next morning Adolfo (Tech #2325) was here when we opened and had our toilet fixed in no time. Both technicians were extremely professional and kind. Both technicians were following CDC guidelines and had mask and gloves and were tidy and organized. Adolfo was careful to leave the space nice and clean once he finished fixing the toilet. As a business it was great to receive professional work and prioritized care as the toilet is the only one here at our location. THANK YOU Roto-Rooter!! I was very impressed with the knowledge and courtesy of my Electrician Anthony V. Not only did he hang my fan (15ft to the ceiling) but added a secondary stabilizing support and installed new switches in my electric box. He then took the time to thoroughly clean up after himself and spent some time going over the repairs and safety precautions needed to ensure proper usage of the fans features for years of continued use. Best money I've spent in sometime. Thanks !!!

We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.

Professional, fair pricing, when the work was done they left the yard clean and smooth. I thought it was nice that they seeded the areaand put down straw . Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking to have quality work done. The owner and his guys were very respectful, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that they seem to stand behind their work. Their prices were comparable with the prices of other companies we received.
