Finally! A plumbing company in Charlotte that actually cares about their customers. Mr. Rooter has been here three times fixing contractor level work from the builder in a house that's only 7 years old. We upgraded all three toilets and a garbage disposal. Each visit, William has taken the time to educate us on preventative maintenance to avoid any potential problems in the future, all while training his helpers to do it the right way the first time. Clean, affordable, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Way to go Mr. Rooter!

We were very satisfied with our experience & service with Roto-Rooter. It was our first time needing plumbing assistance and it went flawlessly. Sergiy (# 7775) and his associate were both super nice and very customer service oriented. They made sure to obviously do their job, but to keep us informed of anything they were doing or found in researching and repairing our issue. Since it was our first time, we probably had more questions than a normal customer and both guys never hesitate to answer our questions or explain something further for us. We would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Sergiy as the experience couldn't have gone any better!!!

After calling around for a water heater replacement and just given the run around from other local company’s Charlotte plumbing repair was able to give me a quote with just a few pics and a couple questions and came in way below other prices I was given. I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!
