Excellent overall experience from first call to main office , to communication with our plumber technician, to the detail and professional installation. Inspected, removed, repaired shut off and installed toilet in 3-4 hours. The Flash brothers were on their game and lived up to their name. Our techs were excellent. Highly recommended.

WOW! Option One Plumbing and “Tim” we’re both a 10 out of 10!! We are in a high rise in Uptown and decided to rip out tub to install tile and glass door shower to upgrade. Once the tub was ripped out, I called two different plumbing companies to be told “installing a shower was not a possibility”. Finally we called Option One, and Tim showed up on time, dealt with loading dock, came right up the service elevator, and got to work!!! It was not basic, but he exceeded with expertise!!! I would recommend and use this company for ANY job, large or small!!!

Roto-Rooter had an excellent response time. My drains were backing up into my shower. My technician was awesome. When I called it was an extremely pleasant experience; my care specialist was fantastic. She really took the time to listen about my problem. They were so late the first two days that I had to cancel. It was waaaaaay to expensive for how much work was done.

I had a 2nd floor toilet that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. I did some research and found MKB plumbing. I called and they gave me a timeframe when someone would show up. Chuck showed up and was able to fix my issue quickly. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. He was very knowledge, honest and a nice guy. Rob did an awesome job. #1, he listened to my concerns about what's been going on with my plumbing. He quickly assessed the issue and shared what he needed to do to fix the problem and gave me the price. Was the price reasonable, don't know, don't care, but he fixed it and had a great attitude.
