Jason K at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an amazing job for me and my family when we needed him. I was away traveling for work, during a tornado warning, mind you…. He said he’d be there at 10p and showed up on time, worked his tail off because my wife wanted our sons to be able to take a shower before school like a normal day for their end of grade tests….. he was there digging and digging until he got to the point he could get us “flowing” again.The next morning… calls at 930. “Be there at 1030”… and again on time and completed the repair in a few hours.Jason talked us there the repair the entire time, texted us when it was late to not wake up the kids, was kind and had a calm demeanor…. And was knowledgable of his trade.It was a great experience that we wanted to share. Thank you, Jason!

Stan of Roto rooter’s staff provided absolute 5 star performance on responding and executing service for a 100% clogged outflow main sewer line. Professional, prompt, informative and most of all - effective resolution of our problem that was preventing any and all water use within our house. The price was half of what another company had already charged us and been unable to perform. I can’t praise Stan and RR enough for delivering what they promised at a fair price and leaving us with issue resolved and most importantly - peace of mind and satisfaction as a customer.

I researched a number of plumbers to replace my hot water heater. The reviews, Angie's List and more gave me confidence in their skill, competence and integrity. They were also lower cost than two other estimates, so I chose them. The staff was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my many questions. Our water heater was not operating properly as it was leaking and there was a huge amount of water on the garage floor, again!!Knowing it had to be replaced, we contacted ER Plumbing whom we had done business with previously. One of their very senior technicians, Mike, came out, inspected our existing water heater and determined exactly what was needed to get the job done correctly. He obtained the new water heater, etc.and got right to work. Mike was great!! He quickly and efficiently removed the old tank and without having to make phone calls or run to store for this or that, installed our brand new water heater!! PLUS...Mike loaded the old, leaky one onto the ER Plumbing truck and that was that!! No mess, no fuss, no drama!! Each of the few staff members we spoke with was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Kudos, Dave, for a job well done by your wonderful ER Plumbing family!!

I have used Wonderful World of Plumbing in Charlotte for over 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about the value of their service. Damion and Tyrell have helped us numerous times in our Dilworth Townhouse (repair garbage disposal, unclog drains, etc) We bought a house last year in Southpark and had the scariest plumbing issue this week. All four toilets were not flushing, and water was backed up in the shower and sinks. Damion and Tyrell were able to navigate us through the issue and I am so grateful! They were at our door within 24 hours to help us. I highly recommend Wonderful World of Plumbing.

On Friday July 29 our A/C stopped working and we called Progressive Service. They have been our HVAC company for 10 years and we have always felt that they were fair and trustworthy.
The service man arrived at 9:30 AM and spent 1 1/2 hours and diagnosed the problem as ants getting into the contactor and causing a short circuit'. He replaced the contactor and said the charge would be around $800. I then asked to see the replaced part and he brought the part to me. The contact or is made from hard plastic with metal screw terminals. This part looked almost brand-new and showed no signs of ant invasion or scorch marks of short circuit. I questioned his explanation but he stuck to his story about ants . He told me that the replacement part would cost me about $700. The exact same part would cost me $8.99 on Amazon.
I have requested a copy of the invoice but have not received one yet.
I feel that a mark-up of 7800 % for this part to be outrageous and unethical and I will no longer deal with your company . I will also make sure that all my fiends are warned about your unethical practices.

I have worked with this company on hundreds of remodeling projects the past few years. I cannot say enough great things about them. They do pristine work, are honest, dependable, and rarely have warranty issues, as in less than 1 per year. They are consistent and fully worth the cost. Derek, Danielle, and their team are all wonderful!

Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.

My plumber was fantastic. He completely explained everything he was going to do and the price he was going to charge before he did anything. he was patient with me and all my questions about different options. When we agreed on the service to be done, he was quick and quite. He didn't mind that I was looking over his shoulder, or at least I don't think he minded. When he was done, I asked about a potential issue with my toilet. He took the time to look at it with me and talked to me about all of my options. He did not pressure me at all to purchase more services. He did give me quotes on the options we discussed. I appreciated his fantastic work, fair price and pressure free advice. Very pleased and I will use them again.
