Best Tankless Water Heaters in Charlotte NC

I had just moved into my new house, and had a small leak in the crawl space, so I called Cody out. After he fixed the leak in about 10 minutes, he noticed that there were some problems with the drain lines. After he brought that to my attention, he fixed it immediately. He was fast, knowledgeable, and honest. I've called him out several times now to do multiple remodels. I couldn't imagine having any other plumber, ever, in my house, or any of my friends or family members houses. I'm super excited that he is back by such a wonderful company now! From what I've heard and read here, Charlotte Plumbing is a perfect fit, and for any and all of my plumbing needs, I know I can call on Cody with a company like Charlotte Plumbing standing behind him with full force.

Excellent plumbing company! The staff were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to identify the complicated sewer pipe problem very quickly and kept me well informed of the progress. Strongly recommended.

I used to do all my own plumbing repairs, but I've gotten too old to crawl under the house, so I threw a dart at my google screen and called AAA City Plumbing. Matt (and Bobby) were quick to find the problem with my water heater. It only needed to have a breaker reset inside the heater. I talked a bit with Matt and he was very informative about what might be going on to cause the problem. I am fairly knowledgeable about plumbing and thought he gave excellent advice. We also talked about what would be required to replace the 8 year old heater should the problem recur. Great guys!

I will never use this company again very unpleased with services i got charged 2,000 dollars for toilet being clogged then their was no pipes cut or they did not remove my toilet nor did they do wat they charged for on the in voice john and larry was terrible and un clean not to mention they lied about being at my house 2 hours the were there 30 mins tops i got a quote from another company and they told me $300 i will never ever use this company

John was super professional and helpful in changing out our garbage disposal. Our new model is a huge improvement over the builder grade option we had for the last two years that always sounded like it was broken. Great communication, cleaned up after himself and took time to show me how to trouble shoot the new diposal should anything ever get in there than shouldn't have. Will call again.

We had our hot water heater give out a couple days before Christmas, impeccable timing. John (the plumber) came out on Christmas Eve night and stayed for hours fixing the problem. That alone was above and beyond, but his service could not have been better! I highly recommend working with John and Ritchie plumbing for all you plumbing needs!

We live in a house that was previously owned by a long line of DIY-ers; so a lot of the issues we encounter are very unique / peculiar situations. ER Plumbing was our 3rd opinion on an ongoing plumbing issue and they were great. They suggested the least expensive solution first and then we worked our way up until we found the solution that got the job done, but they never suggested the more advanced (costly) treatments until we knew it was necessary.Leonard did a fantastic job, answering all my questions. During his last visit, they had started cleaning up, packing up, and showing me the outcome of their work. I had a few questions and was pleased but not thrilled - Leonard saw this and took the equipment back off the truck and continued to strive for a solution that I was thrilled about. (it was finally slowly draining but he worked until it wasn't just unclogged, it was working as expected)To fix our issue, one company suggested we jackhammer our living room floor to lay new pipes for ONLY $11,000. Leonard was able to fix the same issue because he was diligent and didn't jump to a solution that would only benefit his company. Wonderful World of Plumbing came by and fixed a damaged flapper that had caused me problems since we bought our home. This thing caused the toilet in my bonus room to flood leading to the whole room having to me mitigated. Damion finally found and solved the issue when others couldn't and we are grateful. We had two leaky faucets in the master bath and called Osborn. Chris came out and took care of them both quickly, professionally, and unlike others, didn’t attempt to “up sell” me on products and services I didn’t need. We will call them again for any plumbing repair work. Highly recommended.

I called clog busters on Friday evening at 6pm. They were at my door at 9am on Saturday and finished the job by 11:30. Both men were incredibly kind and professional. My water heater was in a small, cramped crawl space that was very damp. They went above and beyond to ensure the heater above water level and dry. They also managed to do all of this for $800 less than roto rooter had quoted me the day before. When I have plumbing issues I'm calling these guys and I'd advise you to do the same.

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and punctual. I had an emergency, called, and within the hour they were at my house. Everything was fixed and, I didn't even have to sell my first born to pay them! Haha thanks guys!

Really helpful and flexible. Hooked up my sink, new faucet, and dealt with a disposal issue caused by the folks I had replace my counter-tops. Did it all while I was out of town having left a key for them. Very polite and professional as could be.
