I called and they were able to get someone out in a couple days to diagnose the problem and recommended a copy to pinpoint the leak to avoid unnecessary damage to my property. Within a week, Tony repaired the leak and so far life is back to normal.

I am updating my review after a couple days and lowering the score because I am noticing some concerns regarding the work that may not be resolved for a couple months. After resuming normal water use I'm starting to hear knocking in my pipes again, so I'm not sure if the issue is resolved. I will have to see my next couple water bills to see if it goes back down to normal. I am calling to ensure that this work is guaranteed.

I would recommend anyone to price compare before making a decision. Prior to work being done, I was not aware of the cost of service and experienced sticker shock. After talking with my neighbor who is a plumber I have learned an expensive lesson. The padding of my bill, which included over $1000 charge for a two man job was totally ridiculous. This is a word of warning.

Affordable was recommended to us by our neighbors, who also used them for a conversion and they converted our swamp cooler to refrigerated air 5 years ago and the service was great then and has continued to get better since. We called them for service and the repairman was there within 45 minutes, which does not seem special, but it was 8:30 in the evening. He was very friendly as well as professional and had us cooling down again in 20 minutes. Over and above service in every dealing with this company.

The plumber was more set on speed and machismo I'm the man, this is why it got fixed. First of all, I am the man in this house. Second of all, you told me my hot/cold water lines were crossed somewhere in the house and this is why when you turned the cold water on, hot water came out. Never an issue. Well had he looked at the area where he was working, indeed, the supply lines were touching. I took care of that! Third. Had he stayed longer that 15 minutes, maybe he would have seen the faucet leak and helped diagnosis what could be wrong, even thought Donner PH didn't buy the sink. Well this would involve another service call and fee! This is purely bad business.
