James came by to fix a few faulty outlets that I could not troubleshoot on my own. He was able to take care of it with ease and took the time to explain what the problem was. James was very respectful and courteous, on time and knowledgeable. And I was not overcharged. Thanks so much for all your help James and B&D! I really appreciate it. Outstanding diagnostics, repair, and customer service. B&D had someone out within an hour on a Saturday morning for an emergency burst hot water fitting in a wall. Wyatt was the service tech and he was knowledgeable and efficient. Wyatt did a complete inspection of the situation and also found a small cold water leak in the crawlspace that could have been a disaster down the road. He fixed this too. Called them on a recommendation and now B&D is my go-to company for plumbing, electrical, and construction. Follow-up after the repair was a nice touch.

I have never had any problems with payroll or bosses for B and D. Jason Savedra wrote my referral letter, when it was still required to get in the union in 2017. Keven Hendrix was an awesome foreman who always had us stocked with the material we needed. Ray Barber is a cool dude who has always done his best to find a place for people to work and everyone in the office has always been nice to me even when the apprenticeship hasn't been. I hope to work for them again in the near future. Thanks guys! 😁

I had an electrical emergency and called them because of the good reviews here. I was told that they submitted a work order, but then waited most of the day and received no calls back from anyone. I called them a total of 3 times to follow up and no one ever bothered to call me or show up at all. Obviously, I do not recommend this company!

I originally left a bad review because of a bad experience I had with an employee there. I decided to use them again and they turned it around they are an awesome company.

I had my sinks backed up at my apartment complex. They called B&D and within 30 minutes they came out.

A big shout out to Mariam. She was so kind and professional and cleaned up up the mess and unclogged my sinks.

Worst place to work. Worst people to work with. Hostile stressed out pressure filled cut throut environment. Egos arrogance and poor integrity. Sink or swim and a huge set up for failure.
New employees should know that employee success and retention will never be a condideration. There will be little to no guidance, very little resources,
Absolutely no training, no advancement or development, no administrative assistance and alot of over evaluation and judgment. The coworkers that are good enough at there job to retain employment under a high level of unnecessary stress and pressure to produce deliverables with unreasonable and unrealistic deadlines overloaded with highly advanced extremely technical work no where even in the ball park of what they should be getting paid for this work could care less about you and will ignore your struggles insult you belittle you disacknowlege your skill set education experience work ethic and sabotage your efforts to succeed wishing only brutal angwish apon you, as well as stress, misfortune and uter failior in hopes they might be recognized for what they know and can do just a little better.

Sadly there is so much more......

There is a 1000 times better work for you if you think you can compete in this field.

I called to get some help with a hot water loop issue looked at. I didn't hear from them for a week. I called a second time. They sent a supervisor out that couldn't find the issue. I still have the issue. They are quick to put in a bid on work that hasn't been identified. Office staff were rude and un professional. I will not let them back on my property. I hope you have better luck.

Our experience with B&D was great, they were on time, they were very professional and couldn't be happier with our new heater furnace. I will use them again and I would refer them to any of my family and friends. I give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The middle of the summer in NM is the most stressful time for your AC to stop working. In our situation it started happening right as we were about to go to sleep, even better. Sleeping with the A/C off is something I only want to experience one night. Luckily, B&D was able to come out and save the day the next morning. I was working so just opened what needed to be opened and let him work. Ruben was so respectful and professional. He would knock before entering, let me know his next steps, and his plans when he had to go get parts. I was back to being comfy in my A/C by mid day. One of the best service experiences I’ve had.

They completed the work well, however they don't have online payments or a way to pay on their mailed invoice. They also don't answer the phone very often. Once I did pay (which they took out within minutes) a week later, I still don't have a receipt.

I just recently had B&D replace my very old furnace and A/C unit. I would strongly recommend this company. They where very courteous, professional and answered all my questions I had.

The tech known as Christian is da man. He did a great job quickly and helped me to have a better understanding of the underlying issue.

Sunday night after Thanksgiving our refrigerator (and coffee maker) stopped operating.....thought this was a major problem...called B and D...they offered emergency service that night or first thing Monday morning...Figured (correctly as it turned out) if we kept fridge door closed food would be safe...Chris arrived right at 7 am Monday...introduced himself at the front door...wore mask (much appreciated)...quickly ascertained the problem is that the GFI had tripped...he hit the reset button, checked the voltage in the fridge and coffee sockets and voila! everything worked. .Chris was most courteous, efficient, and explained what had happened. I would recommend B and D and thank Chris for an outstanding job.

This company is horrible and WILL screw you over if given the chance. They are all crooked bosses and managers calling to complain wont do anything.

I'm sure it's a great company , their drivers however , they need some work . I understand people run late and get behind schedule but when you put people's lives at risk driving like jackass's that's not ok . one of these days your top heavy vans roll over and crush a family , I hope that never happens .

Our little shared well HOA Community had a main water leak. B&D had done great work for us before so I called them. They had someone out within a couple hours and quickly they had the full crew and equipment on site to perform the repair. This promptness was much appreciated as we had 10 houses down. I had a late night leak in pluming to my water heater. Called several companies and the response was, its a flat $XX just to go out with no indication of cost up front. Not even ballpark. B&D is different, they are up front, honest and a pleasure to work with. The dispatcher walked me through immediate mitigation as I sent pictures to his phone, the plumber was extremely professional, and the financial support was excellent. There is definitely something embedded in the culture of this company that screams customer service. I won't hesitate to use them in the future and highly recommend.

Had to install all new hot and cold water lines after 2 water leaks under our foundation. B&D sent their crew, including Jon Zierau. They have done a terrific job. Super clean, super professional, amazing they saved us so much time and money. Make sure you ask for the crew, including Jon Zierau. They will amaze you.

My house was recently effected by a huge windstorm which ripped the electrical meters from the wall. B&D was the only company who responded and diligently worked to resolve the issue before any other company was even able to return my call. The worked through the day and stayed in contact with PNM to ensure we wouldn’t go another night without power. The workers that came out to the job were knowledgeable, courteous and highly motivated to ensure quality customer service.

Had hot water heater repaired (water was not getting hot enough). I believe my hot water heater had a circulation function installed. The male half of the previous owners was handicapped. He had one leg. My guess is that circulation feature was to prevent scalding. In addition, HVAC control panel was upgraded as well heating coils cleaned. Both HVAC and Hot water heater appear to be working fine now.

B&D Industries customer service is above and beyond. I do not have to jump through hoops to get what I need from this company. I highly recommend the services to others commercial or residential.

Probably a wonderful staff, however driving is a big one star. Driver for this company with the unit ID 109 was swerving in and out of traffic on his way to Santa Fe in the morning. This driver was flashing lights a people and driving with brights on. Not to mention at an unsafe speed of 85-90 miles per hour. Just to make you aware your company logo was on the vehicle. I’m sure there are safety precautions that are to be followed.

I recently engaged B&D Industries to repair my faulty water heater. They diagnosed and executed the repair in under an hour. I also had them correct some problems with the original installation to bring everything up to code. I received a Green Tag from the city inspector on 9/20/19. From troubleshooting to repair to inspection, all of their work was really first rate. I highly recommend contacting them for any of your plumbing service needs.

This company is ACES in my book. Great team, great work, and Giovanni is fabulous. Will use B&D from now on for all our plumbing needs.

Woke up to no heat yesterday. In a panic I called B&D Industries thinking it was going to be at least a days wait. They came to our house in one hour and got our boiler repaired. In addition, they replaced worn parts that were making our system inefficient. Our system is running like new! I was walking barefoot on those warm floors!! Thanks for your hard work, diligence and expertise!

B&D came to my house to fix my heater. They were very responsive and professional. I will be using them again!

BEWARE! My family hired B&D Industries to come fix a plumbing problem in our home. We were given a estimate that it would take 2 days to complete the job. This morning when the tech arrived; however, the job only took 2 hours. We were charged as if it took the tech the entire two days ($1300+). It took the entire day (and multiple calls from us, because they didn't follow up over the phone) to get a refund of the difference. Make sure you get a good, accurate estimate because apparently that is how this company decides what you will be charged, rather than the time that the job actually needed.

The washing machine kept overflowing, plus we requested that the plumbing for our entire facility (3,200 square feet!) be inspected and cleaned if necessary since it's an old building. Our clean out caps were also checked and ended up needing to be replaced. The tech was on time, checked every single thing (including going up into crawl spaces), and ran the washing machine multiple times once he'd cleaned the drain just to make sure it was truly clear. He thoroughly explained the work needed before actually performing it so we'd know what we were paying for, and he left no mess behind once it was completed. Excellent service and their prices are very, very reasonable; I can't recommend them more highly!

This is a horrible company, the managers are all liars. They let technicians work on equipment with NO state licenses.

I would not recommend them. They said they would be out yesterday morning and then called at the appointed time to cancel. So now I am without electricity for 4 days due to the holiday

I called B&D to get a quote to replace a 75 gallon water heater that was very difficult to access and required great skill and expertise to replace. From start to finish, I was greatly impressed with everyone I interacted with at B&D. They did an excellent job with the work itself, and were very enjoyable to work with. Also, I called three other well known companies in town, and B&D's overall proposal and price were much better than everyone else. I will definitely contact B&D for any future needs I have, and I highly recommend them!

These guys really do it all. Chris and Clayton were so courteous, clean and professional, and found a way to install a dedicated electrical outlet and also a pathway for the power and audio cords in our living room wall with no drywall damage whatsoever!
Also they noticed we had a TV and TV mount to install so they offered to compete the whole installation for me. They did an amazing job and even asked me to ensure the TV was at the right height from different angles in the room. Awesome job guys, and absolutely would recommend them!

I was driving on the frigate road this morning at 8:40am (1-13-2020) and the B & G industries Ford truck wouldn’t let me merge when the lane was ending and tried to use his truck to push me off the road before getting onto I40 east bound. It was 100% aggressive driving and that’s something that shouldn’t be done in company vehicles. If they treat other driver on the road like this image how they treat their customers.
