Complete plumbing, water & sewer line replacement and new tankless water heater. 5 day job. Had water & sewer every night. Very affordable and city inspector complimented them on their work. Yard looked good as new afterward.

Alex and his team did an amazing job looking and addressing some plumbing issues I have. They also did an amazing job installing and mounting a new fridge. I will absolutely use them in the future.

Our cooler was clanking in mid-summer. Rafael came quickly and found and fixed the problem in short order. Very satisfied with this service.

Final updateI had a lot of issues getting started and I am aware the office staff and the technicians are both extremely different breeds of people.If I had to recommend on my conversation with Denise I would give a 1.Gavin and Levi are both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! Based on their professionalism and customer service skills I would happily recommend this company.Update: 1-3 starsI did receive a call and they are willing to waive the fee since they were able to review the call and hear that I was not told about the fee. She did tell me they do not work on solar so the electrical work I need can’t be performed by them. Still would have been good information to know on Monday vs Thursday. I’m on a time crunch. I truly hope the other work turns out to be high quality, I will update again once the appointment is finished.As of right now they have earned absolutely no respect from me. Monday I call and schedule several estimates for Thursday (they said the estimates are FREE as long as the decision maker is present during the inspection). Wednesday night my husband gets a call saying they will charge $90 for the estimate and if we do agree to have them do the service the money WILL NOT go towards the repairs. Denise has VERY poor customer service skills. I will update this post once I hear from the manager at 7am. My parents recommended them to me and the initial call and scheduling was a delight. This company seems to be pulling a bait and switch. I truly hope we can come to a resolution which doesn’t end up costing me money.

I've tried different plumbers in Albuquerque in the last 13 years and these guys are the ones I've come to trust over the years.

Our drain for our washing machine is over 70 feet and it can get clogged with roots. These guys have done excellent work in removing the roots and keeping the area clean.

Their pricing was totally fair, they were on time, tidy, and they finished rather quickly.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

I have an aging rooftop swamp cooler and when it finally went beyond my DIY skills, I relented and called these folks. And they did not disappoint! Michael was a delight, very knowledgeable and willing to explain his findings, and upfront about the things that aren't feasible to repair at this point. When we retire the old beast up there, we'll give you a call, but hopefully you've given it a bit more life.

Ben arrived right on time and quickly found a solution to resolve our issue (and it was a cheaper solution than we expected!). He was friendly and worked incredibly efficiently . We'll definitely call JP Plumbery next time we need a plumber.
