The Wagner technician, Jayden, who came to service our air conditioner did an outstanding job. He took his time, replaced everything needed, and explained the whole procedure in detail. His work was first rate!

This is my first time to have a water damage through the roof, and my concept for construction was really lacking behind. We found Water Mold Fire Restoration of Albuquerque. These guys have been very helpful and professional right from the start. Not only quoting their pieces for the job. Now my project has completed with 100% satisfaction. The final invoice total was actually quite satisfying. I am really happy and would definitely recommend these guys.

I was glad to contact Sean to replace my son’s Water heater. Sean was quick to answer my email abt issues I was having. He was prompt in setting a time to replace the water heater. He was kind, knowledgeable and professionaI. I would/will use and recommend him to others! Great job!

The person on the phone was great. She told me that the plumber would have a camera to scope the inside of our lines and locate our clean out but when he arrived he didn't have a camera, could not locate the cleanouts and he barely snaked our line which cleared for the night and a couple days. Then clogged up again. Basically a waste of money. I rented a snake for $50 and cleared the line perfectly myself but still don't know where the clean out is located on my property. I hope they contract better plumbers for others.

Cody is very knowledgeable and analyzes problems quickly. He is thorough and expert in his work. He has worked on our AC and just installed a new furnace efficiently and at a very reasonable price.

We have used Sunshine in the past for remolding updates and an AC conversion, their quotes are always very competitive. It's their work that stands above all the others. Josh was the most knowledgable supervisor that has ever given us an estimate. He informed us of everything that needed to be done and exactly what to expect. They always arrive on time and they called before their arival to confirm their visit, Highly Professional!!!
More recently they sent Damien over to install a Whole House Water Filtration System from scratch, complete with bi-pass valves. Damien had previously done an excellent job converting our cooktop from electric to gas so I was familiar with his work, but this time he outdid himself and the filtration system turned out great. Neat and clean work necessary to create a complex system that blends seamlessly in the corner of the garage, I'm very pleased.
We wouldn't use any other company for my plumbing and heating needs, period!

One star is one too many for this company. I called them to come fix a main water line leak at my residence and when the unpersonable technician showed up, I showed him where the leak was and he got to work. The technician was unprepared, having limited tools and required to drive to Lowe’s two times during that time to purchase additional tools. The technician finished the job 4 hours later (including travel time to and from Lowe’s). The technician wrote up the invoice billing me for the parts he bought at Lowe’s and 4 hours of time. I complained and informed him I was not willing to pay for his mistake of being unprepared and requiring additional tools and he discounted the invoice billing me only 2.5 hrs instead which I appreciated and paid.

Two days later (on Friday) the line was again leaking and I called the company to inform them the issue was not resolved. I was hung up on two times and kept calling back before finally speaking to an unfriendly woman who said on Monday she would send the technician back to assess the leak once again. I was again without water the entire weekend and waited patiently until Monday.

On Monday the same technician (Chris) came back and began messing with the pipe using a pipe rench and after informed me the leak was somewhere else. A few minutes later, he showed me a different area and said the leak was further up the line and the entire line would need to be replaced or he could charge me for two more hours of labor to fix the leak. When I declined, he stated I would have to call the office to get an estimate for remedying the issue which I believe was caused by his faulty work.

When I called the office later that day, I was told they would send out a master technician to determine what is the problem. Two days later the master tech came , took a look and said they would email me an estimate, as I was expecting for them to take into consideration the $400 I had already paid for nothing as the leak was not fixed. Still being without water, I waited and waited another three days and still never received their email with the estimate. I called the office several times asking for the estimate and they said they had emailed it and were unhelpful when I informed them I never received it.

I was forced to contact another company to fix the line so I could resume having water access to my home. I never received the email from Daniels hvac nm, a call back, or refund for the money I paid. I am very dissatisfied with company, they are dishonest, unprepared and try to just rack up people’s hard earned dollars without doing honest work. I would advise anyone considering hiring this company to look elsewhere for your hvAc needs. I am currently in the process of taking legal action to get my money back from this company.

Called on a Sunday night for a leak (due to my screwing up a repair), they got to me despite a few other jobs in front of me. Told me it would be a few hours and encouraged me to call around and see if I could find someone who could get to it faster.

Repair cost less than half of TLC's minimum callout fee for after hours emergency service. Took COVID seriously, masked, professional, and fast.

Use these guys. They're great.

I called for a quote on an ac unit conversation and the staff was less than helpful. I’ve already had several quotes and didn’t want another individual coming over to the house for something as trivial as a quote. I wanted to get to the root of my call and have get estimated price for my project based on information I already have. No wonder automation is taking over jobs like answering phones. Waste of time. 👎

The service person came on time and efficiently checked our system prior to starting our A/C for summer. They were polite, tidy, and presentable.
TLC also installed our furnace /ac a few years ago and only consider them when I have plumbing and air conditioning needs.
