Visited inlaws in Tucson last week. The day before heading back to Albuquerque Mom turned on the AC and it was not working properly. Called company original unit was from and was not satisfied with their answers and results. Decided to call Strongbuilt as they have the company in Albuquerque as well and I need work done at home in Edgewood NM. Thought we might get bonus points if we use them? Need all the help one can get nowadays right! Anyway called Strongbuilt telling them We were heading home and needed an estimate ASAP before we leave! The lady on the other end of the phone (sorry I forgot her name) put it out to dispatch and one of their Tech support and shop managers (Jeff Gray) took the call and made the appointment for his first call the next morning 8:00. He checked out everything and even spent time troubleshooting the old unit and was unable to repair. After gathering info needed he gave us 2 quotes base line and middle. We went with the middle estimate and they were able to make changes with scheduling and installed new unit the next day so my 87 year old pops and 82 Mom did not have to go without AC. Sorry so long but I wanted you to know how much I appreciated everyone fromm Strongbuilt. We are a veteran family and so is the company so we welcomed the discount. The installer Mike S lead and David M helper stayed till 9:30 to complete the installation in 1 day. It has been along time since I have been this happy with a contractor. Being one myself I appreciated their expertise on how the system works, warranties, product knowledge and the way they treated the in-laws was nothing short of professional and perfection. All of the employees we met and dealt with are true subject Matter Experts.

Adam made me quite aware of the sensibility and value of an air conditioning unit in the home versus the swamp cooler that is being used. It's always a great idea to improve a large investment. Informative, responsive and professional.

This is the most dishonest company that I have ever encountered. They will rip you off. Their own main goal is to wrap up the bill as high as possible they literally have meetings about this every other day. They also claim to be veterans which. They are not. They are owned by a mormon group in Utah. They will rip you off and I know this because I work there period stay far away.

The heat this summer has been off the hook. Thus, my 25 year old swamp cooler needed some attention. As a disabled Army veteran, I look for the following in any company: quality, economic value, responsiveness, veteran owned, and professionalism. Strongbuilt hit it out of the park. Starting with the young lady receptionist, through my initial tech (Peter?), through Bruno in Sales, and with Chris Sisneros and his work partner (Alex?) who did the install of my new HVAC. Great job! I will be a life long customer now.

Chad was awesome from alpha to omega, no pressure and extremely knowledgeable. We had a water heater issue after our A/C conversion, and Chad showed up and took care of the issue himself . From customer service contacts to all the service providers involved with StrongBuilt, phenomenal. You can go somewhere else, but why would you.

Mitch came out on our panda care to help take care of some plumbing issues and in talking he asked what we were looking for as far as an upgrade in our hvac system as well use backsystem as well as are hot water heater and in speaking with Mitch a little bit more about getting a together and how other vendors were able to offer us a little bit more he went ahead and got me in touch with Vinny Vinny takes care of the solar panels with strong belt and I did get to meet with Vinny and we went over some options and between Vinnie and Mitch we found the best system as well as to go to the tankless water heater. If you are looking to upgrade your H vac and hot water heater I definitely recommend asking for Vinnie or Mitch and they were super helpful and strongbuilt has a great team and these 2 were super helpful

As everyone knows it's never convenient when your heater goes out of service. As a wife of a Veteran we are very strong about supporting Veteran own companies. We were going out of town the next day & my Mom was housesitting. Setting up the appt was quick & easy.

Tech John Huckaby was super professional, clean and respectful. He explained everything to my Mom then called me to explain services in detail. I absolutely appreciate it and will definitely be a customer as long as they will have us!

Purchased evaporative cooler. After install cooler did not work took them 3 weeks to correct issue. Asked for owners manual... never received. Panda care was extended a year but no paperwork given to show extension. 1st year called to have winterize said the soonest service time was in nearly 3 months By that time it would nearly be time to set up for summer. Called only to ask what the warrantee duration was. Rep said they did not have that info as they were just a scheduling service. They would take name and number and call back within 24 hours. We are supposed to wait around to speak to a sales rep or service technician on their time frame.. wait for them who are supposedly open 24/7.. How about engaging your customers when they have time in their schedule to call rather than making your customers wait on your schedule. The worst service I have ever had from a company that sells large appliances.

When asked why it would take so long for service they said they only had a couple of technicians trained on the unit purchased. Meanwhile I called TLC plumbing and they said they have 30 technicians that know this unit. They answered the phone and gave me information. No we will call you back within 24hrs. TLC will be who I deal with here on out.

We had an amazing experience using Strongbuilt Solar & Air from the moment we called and spoke with Bruno who helped us find the financing needed to replace our entire unit to the actual install (2 days after we called) by our technician, Bennie. As you can image, having your air conditioner go out in the heat of the summer can be quite stressful. Thanks to Strongbuilt that stress was completely eliminated within a couple days. Thanks again guys! I will recommend you over and over again!

I had to reschedule my Hot Water Heater Maintenance five times. I had to call them today to find out that my work order was deleted because the plumber I was assigned to was no longer working for the company.

They had also also previously performed HVAC maintenance for me. One heating system stopped working in March due to the ignitor not working. There was no mention of this during the inspection that was done in late December. It was part of the maintenance contract to Clean and Adjust then Test the Ignition System. I did not bother calling Strongbuilt because of their repeated cancellations and because they did not do the work correctly the first time. I would give less than 1 star if that was possible. I am not sure how this company has 4.4 stars with the number of negative Google reviews on the website. Avoid this company!

Unbelievable to say the least. Called several weeks ago. It went to a call center with no help of course. So, I went to the local office about two weeks ago The gentleman in the office was nice enough to help me schedule the service. The tech came out (11/14) and could not figure out how to turn off the water. It was rescheduled for today (11/16) at 9am. In which I told the tech I would be home. He called the office in front of me. Now they are saying the attempted to call several times with me not answering, huh. That does not make any sense what so ever. Thought I would use a Veteran Owned company. As I am a veteran-retired (25yrs). Guess they don't need the business. Hoping this helps someone else when they are looking for a SERVICE company.

The installers arrived on time, did a professional installation of the heating and air conditioning system, and left the garage cleaner than they found it. Workers were courteous and friendly. I would certainly use these folks again.

Austin Vergis came to my home yesterday and he repaired the drain issue in my kitchen. He installed a new water heater and was professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and cleaned up after the job was done. I’m very pleased with the job he did! Thank you Austin!

Able to schedule for same day repair. AC was fixed in about an hour. Adam was fantastic. He walked me through exactly what needed to be done and what he was doing as he was doing it. Also explained the importance for annual and biannual cleaning of the unit. Very professional. Will definitely use this company again for repairs or replacement when it needs it.

Strongbuilt was able to schedule me within 3 days of my initial call and even worked around my availability. Adam came out on time and fixed our refrigerated air unit pretty quick and even replaced our faulty thermostat. I would highly recommend!

We have used Strongbuilt twice now. Once for a heating and AC system maintenance, and once for a water heater tank flush and sewer line camera. Can't speak highly enough of Adam and Mitch, the techs that performed our maintenance. Both were knowledgeable, took the time to explain things, were efficient, and clean with their work areas. We have every intention of using them for our plumbing and heating needs going forward.

Junior came out for a plumbing job, does outstanding work, very much in tuned in plumbing , would definitely recommend him.

Rarely do I believe any review that are all 5 stars, but I have to say Strongbuilt LLC is a sloppy operation. Sloppy installation, it took them almost a year to get the job completed and it still doesn't work correctly.

My $19k top of the line heating/cooling system turned into a nightmare. Now when I call service I get no response. So much for the annually system checkup. That was just a sales gimmick. I truly doubt that this is a veteran owned company, but it did influence my choice of companies. My mistake. 👎👎👎👎

From the initial estimate to the final screw installation they were professional, courteous and honest. They never pressured me, just let their product and service warranty do the selling. All the staff was personable and emphasis was placed on communication through the whole process. There was even a few delays but they worked late and made sure my family had air conditioning before they left. I've never given a more confident 5 ⭐ rating in my life.

I had Strongbuilt do the winter check up on my heating system based on a television commercial. I am so pleased I did! Adam, the tech, was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He explained what he was doing and gave me tips for maintaining my system. He even made suggestions for future improvements, including some I had not heard of and am seriously considering. I recommend Strongbuilt for reliable and honest service.

Anthony was a awesome technician!! Was on time and even saw where the system needed an improvement. Great customer service and super reliable. And I can’t forget about the response time on the service call. The company got out here fast, and Anthony was really knowledgeable. Thank you for work.

We called to have our refrigerator air unit looked at because it stopped working. We knew it was going to be an expensive cost. After the tech looked at the unit, he advised that it was basically a loss cause. Rather than trying to figure out a solution for it, he tried selling us a new unit. He sent us multiple packages where we can chose from. Mind you, these packages were way over $14k.

Disappointed in this company by not going above and beyond to help us. They would rather try and make a profit instead of helping the customer.

We were able to get a second opinion and turns out the compressor needed to get replaced a few other things. We paid under $3k for these repairs with labor included. Please do your homework before you agree to anything.

After the wonderful brown/black-outs in ABQ, my AC started acting funny (would randomly freeze over) so I called StrongBuild out for a diagnostics. The tech was great and after a bit told us that there were 2 parts on the condenser that were going bad and it would cost us about 8K to replaces them (compressor and TXV). But I would have to talk to the sales guy for more info. Sales guy came over same day and told me that they could replace the part's for about 9K counting taxes or I could buy a new condenser for 11K, but Strongbuild can't warranty it unless I buy the coils also. When I asked him why it was so expressive I was informed that its because they would need a crane to get the old condenser off the roof and put the new one up there, oh and because they would have to drain the Freon from the system and put new Freon back in. After that I asked him how much the coil would be with the condenser and he quoted 14K but my blower furnace is 20 years old and out of code so they can due the whole new unit and bring everything up to code for 16.5K. After thinking it over and trying to figure out if it would be worth it, he offered an upgrade to a multi-stage unit and a same day install(old system removed and new system fully installed and working by dinner) all for the low price of 3K, bringing the grade total to 20K counting taxes. now for people that cant grasp money, that's the cost of a car. Anyways, sadly he got me with the same day install because there's nothing I hate more then laying in my bed at night with my house 90 degrees at midnight. Anyways the techs showed up at 9:30 AM and started working, at 3:00pm they packed everything up and said they would be back tomorrow to finish the job. Because they were missing a part, I called StrongBuilds office to find out what was going on and their response was the parts Wearhouse closes at 4:00PM better luck tomorrow so here I am laying in bed in a house that's 90 degrees at midnight and I cant sleep.

Strongbuilt replaced our broken hot water heater. Chad was very knowledgeable and professional. His crew made it so easy to get what we needed quickly. I will call them for all future air and plumbing.

My igniter was bad, tech quoted me $350+- for replacement I told him no as I knew that was about a 950% mark up. I bought a replacement at siglet for $37 which is where he was going to get it. I expect a veteran business to be loyal and honest. Not this business.

My entire experience with Strongbuilt from the first phone call to the job completed was a joy. The Service Specialist, Adam Arce was amazing. Adam was courteous and professional. He explained the problem with my system and the options. I would recommend Strongbuilt to everyone. They are my new plumbing heating & air specialist.

I have used Strongbuilt three times and will continue to use them for all my AC and plumbing needs. Both John and Mitch were great . You can’t go wrong with them , plus there a veteran owned company which adds that little bit of extra trust in my book.

I would not recommend this company, unfortunately. We purchased a new home with a refrigerated air unit, our unit didn't seem to be cooling sufficiently we were unaware of needing general maintenance or if replacement service was needed, we contacted Strongbuilt for assistance, they advised 39.99 for a service tune up or 79.99 to diagnose if something was wrong with it. New house, never had a cooling system like this. Was wanting a professional to advise on maintenance and proper use of system. They arrived, did apear professional, advised filter was dirty and the refrigerant is high so they emptied some. Other then that fine system and left. That night was much worse, stayed at 85 in the house. Trying to get a hold of some one is a nightmare- they don't answer the phones. Finally when reached rep they said they can have someone out the next day. We did not want another sleepless hot night so we went with another company. Who advised our system was LOW on refrigerant ( because strong built just let some out the day before) and we had a frozen coil because the dirty filter. So strong built scratched the surface. Our system was needing a cleaning inside the unit, not just pull out filter. If they took the time and effort into finding out what was really happening on a seems to be fine unit we wouldn't have spent the night roasting. And to speak with someone concerning our charges, they charged for a diagnostic but left with no recommendations and left system in worse condition. The diagnosis we got was system is fine. But why'd we have to sleep in 85 degree temp and left with no response from strong built..

We used StrongBuilt for converting from swamp cooler to central air. The salesman Chad was awesome! Very informative and friendly without any pressure. The install team was great! A special shout out to Sam and Julian who were very efficient and friendly. They made sure everything was cleaned up and that I knew how to operate the system I highly recommend !

Doing my yearly Air Conditioning service, I called and was happy they could fit me in the next day. The all day time period was tough but right now very doable. Adam called that he was on his way and arrived timely. Checked out the unit, was friendly and informative and got me educated on the unit. Would definitely reccomend.

Sigh...I hate having to write this review but here I am. I was sold on this company and was proud to support a Veteran owned business. These guys sold me a brand new split unit in the summer of 2021 and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need, which was greatly appreciated. I thought that was a sign of a company that cared about their customers and reputation. They were so very friendly and handled the install quickly. Even though the heater didn't work properly at the point of install, they came back within the week and fixed it. Sounds great right?

Well...now we're in the winter and my heater stops working consistently. The blower won't push any air and this can go on for hours on end. Cool, no big deal. defects and issues happen and I totally understand that. The technician comes out and after several hours determines that a component has to be replaced. This was on Jan 17th. I was told I would receive a call to get the part replaced and was told they were going to provide some space heaters since there was no guarantee my heater would function properly. After a week I had to call and find out what was happening. I get a lady who contacts the technician to have them call me. Anyway, the tech calls and says they are waiting for the part and will call me back after following up with the manufacturer. Sadly I did not receive a call back. After another week because I am stupidly patient I call them again and the lady that answered the call was absolutely uncaring, unapologetic and certainly showed she cared about nothing other than to take my message and hang up. I am not one to abuse people doing their jobs however in that moment, I could totally understand how Karen's come to exist. After voicing my frustration and asking for an update I still have received no fix and no communication.

It is Feb 18th and I have yet to hear anything from Strongbuilt. I hate to think that this company is great on the sales side and presenting like they care, then abandon the customer when repairs are needed. I truly hope this is a case of just bad communication and can be resolved quickly. I know I need to call them again, but I shouldn't have to and the thought of doing so makes me a bit resentful.

Adam tuned up my AC & answered all my questions. He was very thorough... will request him for next maintenance

Water softener maintenance was performed by Mitch and Valentino. They called to give a heads up on their arrival time. The softener control board was reset with updated data and checked for proper operation. 5 stars for an efficient maintenance call.

On 09/10/2022 Bruno was to arrive at 6pm to go over options and get a quote.I had to call Strongbuilt and didn't arrive until 7. Then I never got a quote and still waiting but called TruFlo Air LLC and got a quote and financed and new electric furnace installed. A totally satisfied with TruFlo Air LLC and wouldn't recommend Strongbuilt to anyone.

Our A/C was popping the breaker. Aden showed up, did the inspection and found loose wires on the unit. He titend all and only charged for the inspection. Said our unit looked great. Never use another company again. Thanks srongbuilt.

I didn't have a/c during this heat wave so I called several companies. I called Strongbuilt because of their commercials being responsive to vets. Daniel P. showed up on time, very professional looking and mature. He got to work and fixed the issue right away. He explained everything that was wrong and what he was doing in detail; very patient. I would definitely use them again and would like use Daniel P. again. Good company and good employees.

I’ve had Bill and Manny from Strong Built do extensive electrical work in my home. They were always quick, efficient and professional. They worked hard to keep the air and lights on through the whole process. They pay attention to detail and where helpful answering questions along the way. Overall great experience. Thanks guys

It is such a relief to have a plumber you can trust who does a good job. Valentino came over and fixed a leak under my sink as well as flushed out my hot water heater. He was very informative and didn't mind answering all my questions. He also put up with my whining dogs! I will be calling again for all my plumbing and heating needs. I can't even get anyone to call me back. I called twice last week, the first time the electrical department was not available, they took my details down... no call back. The second time it rolled over to an answer service, no call back.

Bought a new house and needed to upgrade my heating and cooling units. Strong Built rep came over and talked options. I love my new ductless units and am going to us them for future house upgrade projects! Customer service was prompt and amazing!

Called hoping to get a tech today. Nate showed up on time. 5 other outfits either too busy, call you back which they never did or the soonest we can get you in is the 19th of November. I had a Navien tankless water heater installed today, 6/4/2022, by Strongbuilt service techs, Patrick and Valentino. Their on-time arrival, professionalism and expertise made the whole experience stress free.
I especially liked that they included me in the installation by asking me where I wanted the unit mounted, answering my questions about the operation and maintenance of the unit and making sure I was completely satisfied before they left my house. They even swept my garage. I highly recommend Strongbuilt if you're considering any plumbing, heating or hvac projects.

They came on Sunday to repair my water issue. Patrick was great. My issue all taken care of.

Patrick was great he was able to fine and fixes my water problem fast. He was very kind and professional. Will recommend him and his company to anyone that ask.

The technicians were very good at their jobs. Adam Arce, Alex and Anthony made the work look so easy. The installation took 2 days but that was already a known. Adam came back to install a dumb thermostat (hardwire vs bluetooth) and the plan came together. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for a job well done to the technicians... you all know your field well.

I paid for a repair several months ago that still hasn't been completed and cannot get anyone to follow up on it. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. If Reggie is your service person then make sure he completes all work before paying.

High quality work, and great customer service, for very reasonable price. We had some communication problems with the call center and Strongbuilt more than made up for it. We had a tight timeframe because of the house being on the market, and they did everything they could to make it work with our closing schedule. I felt I got a lot of personal attention, and received regular communications and updates. Highly recommend.

It is never a good day when it is over 110 degrees and it is a Sunday and your AC goes out! I called them and they sent Sal out right away. He was wonderful and worked into the evening to get our AC working. Exceptional service by an awesome company!

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for non emergency services, as I was told that I would need to have an all day window. I took a day off work and that day at 5pm I got a call asking if I could reschedule as they weren't going to get to me. I was super angry, like my time means nothing. I will find someone else.

Had appointment Friday, waited literally all day for a call, then I receive a text message saying technician was on the way, then 5 minutes later a call from the technician saying he won’t make it until maybe after 9pm. I told him that won’t due, he said to call tomorrow and reschedule if I don’t hear from anyone. Monday rolls around, I call Strongbuilt and explain what was happening, she said she will make a note and have someone call me to schedule. Never heard from them, I ended up calling Signature Heating and Plumbing, came out same day I called and they where amazing

He took the time to explain what was going on with the unit and gave me several options to fix it. He did not pressure me to make a decision on the spot and I really appreciate it. We used StrongBuilt for duct cleaning and Aeroseal duct sealing. Valentino and Estevan were our technicians, and they were fantastic. They arrived on time, were very polite and communicative, and very respectful of our property. They did all they could to mitigate any mess from the procedures, and meticulously cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Valentino even followed up when he realized he had forgotten to flip the switch on the unit to turn the heat back on, and drove back to our home two hours later to fix vents that were reinstalled in the wrong direction. Their service was fantastic. They were able to improve our leakage by 83%! There is an immediate and noticeable difference in the comfort and temperature of our home after the sealing process. It really worked, and we would highly recommend the Aeroseal duct sealing, as well as StrongBuilt to perform the work!

Hired them to come out and do an AC/furnace tune up&inspection and luckily for me it was a waste of only $40. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. First off the lady on the phone said the tech would call me with a 2 hour window the day of and the guy called
5 mins before he arrived… second, when he did arrive he was clearly not thrilled to there. He was very cold and unfriendly, which being home alone didn’t make me feel very good. He never introduced himself, nor asked me for my name. He then checked the furnace in the attic for 5 mins and when I asked about it, he said “it was good”. After that he proceeded to the ac unit outside and his conclusion to that was telling me I need to spend $1400 on r22 refrigerant because it’s low. Didn’t explain why, if it was leaking, will that fix the problem, NOTHING. I wasn’t comfortable just shelling out that kind of money when I know nothing about the issue, so I told him I’d call the office back after I spoke with my husband about it, and that was it. Didn’t get a receipt either. I would not and will not use this company again. Bryce Phillips was the tech. Maybe all techs from this company act that way and if they do, I’m not sure how they have any customers. End of story is our ac actually needed replacing because the refrigerant leak was bad. We ended up taking our business to CR refrigeration who took great care of us.

The technician (Bryce) who came today to do the service contract maintenance was on time, informative, competent, and professional.

David did very well, where he came out for the AC tune up/check up and ended up recommending water heater replacement. The next day, JR arrived onsite for the installation of the water heater. He was very conscientious, polite, knowledgeable, very informative-clearly addressed all my questions, and cleaned up his work area when he was done while making sure he protected the floor from getting damaged. Will definitely use this company again.

Had a clogged bathroom drain. Landlord called and set everything up so I can't rate on the service leading up to the visit, but Junior and Immanuel arrived early in the morning, got it all unclogged quickly without a problem, and were very polite and professional the whole time.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The A/C system maintenance company that usually serve us was booked until mid July so I searched for another company. I'm retired USAF and a disabled vet so I thought I would support this Vet owned company. I made an appointment for June 2nd for between 8am and noon. Called around noon time to see where we stood? The lady at the answer desk said, We had to cancel and was just working down our call list to let customers know. So I made a new appointment for June 6th. After 2pm that day I called to see where the tech was? I was told, Only one ahead of you and he should be there in and hour or an hour and a half. At quarter to 4pm I called again and got the same answer, Only one customer ahead of you so he should be there in about an hour or 90 minutes. Since this was the exact same answer I got before, I cancelled. Will not do business with these folks again. My time is important also.

The technician John Huckaby. Is very friendly professional and knowledgeable about the product about a furnace and our needs went above and beyond and very helpful for our family.

Chris Dominguez, Felix Dominguez, and Chris Sisneros were an AWESOME team of guys. The work took 11 hours and they didn’t stop for a minute. They answered every question I had, explained what they were doing every step of the way, and were professional and friendly the entire day. They made sure everything was working properly, cleaned up after themselves, and hauled the old swamp cooler/furnace away. HIGHLY recommend this team and this company for any HVAC work you need done. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

DO NOT get the Panda Care. It is not worth all the extra money. They will not be able to fulfill the anytime service; especially for plumbing. The workers are good, but service takes about two weeks. No immediate service for emergencies.

I called for a quote on an ac unit conversation and the staff was less than helpful. I’ve already had several quotes and didn’t want another individual coming over to the house for something as trivial as a quote. I called to have my heating system fixed after unit failed . Someone cane out next day.
Was in shock when technician said it was thermostat and the unit alone was 1200.00 dollars.
That I had to pay up front. I paid. My son called supervisor to come out to take a second look. He showed up a day later. Said it wasn't the thermostat it was the seal or motor.
My son flew in 2 days later from CA. looked at the unit himself. Turned out it was none of the things the tech. or Supervisor claimed.
My son fixed it for free all it was was a clogged tube.
This company is overpriced and I feel they scam people.
I'm an older person and a women. I feel they try to prey on us because we do not know about heating and plumbing issues.
Will never recomend stongbuilt to anyone. They use to be a good company.

If I could give this company a negative star, I would. I was recommended to call them by a friend who utilized their $39 drain unclogging service recently and were happy with the service. They came out and said the $39 special didn't apply in our case. It ended up costing almost $1000 to clear our drain plus they insisted we needed to re-plumb pretty much our entire house and it would cost $23,000 that they would finance for us for one year. The technician was pushy and rude to my husband. We paid the cost for the drain clearing but told them no thanks on the re-plumbing job.

I can't actually rate the quality of work because I didn't use them after the outrageous estimate I got. I was originally quoted $127.00 for a cooler start up plus any parts that may need to be replaces that's fine, but I was told it needed Pads, copper tubing and a belt, their price for those 3 things was over $1,200 🤯🤯🤯. I priced a brand new cooler at Lowes $ 546.00. Still in disbelief. The 2 different girls I talked to about it knew I was in complete shock and offered no explanation or to look into the matter to see if there was some kind of mistake. So I took my business else where. Way to pricey 🤨

The ad that made me call was saying veteran owned and unclog any drain for $29. I called then was told that they don't do plumbing or rooter services. The website also says call for All plumbing and rooter needs. Well I need a drain snake ran and can't get what I need so false advising.

Mark from Strong Built serviced our HVAC units. He was very professional, on time, and even called us before arrival. I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services. It's extremely difficult to find a reliable contractor in the East Mountain area of Albuquerque. Mark was incredible with his friendly and professional aptitude. This company is a cut above the rest. They set the bar for how a operation should be run. Our HVAC system is operating the best it ever has.

Chris, Felix and Mark were knowledge, professional, courteous, respected my home and answered any questions I had. They cleaned the ducts and then used the Aeroseal product to seal all leaks in the duct work, and it was bad. They cleaned up all the work areas. Mark did one extra thing for me and that was to reattach a toilet seat that I fought with the day before and had all the bruises to prove it. It's not as easy as it sounds. He didn't have to do that. So the phrase, Going above and beyond for the customer, certainly fits this situation. Thank you all so very much.

Scheduled last week maintenance for Tuesday June 14th waited all day sent text received text that rep would contact me. It is 8pm and never received a reply. This is not a professional company will use other company.

I haven’t used their services but if the drivers are anything to go by this place is terrible! I was driving down Paseo Del Norte and one of the trucks was swerving around, driving in the middle of the lanes, and almost hit an ambulance. There wasn’t a visible fleet number on the truck or else I’d be posting that too, that driver needs to be breathalyzed and fired.

Yesterday, Mitch came out to help us. We had been going back and forth with a prior plumbing company who kept cancelling/no showing on us, and as I was calling other companies to get our issue addressed, one of them recommended StrongBuilt, as we needed a jetter service (we are renting and the pipes are very old and got clogged by us according to the prior plumber). When I called StrongBuilt, they were extremely professional, nice, and quick to get us scheduled after getting permission from our landlords. They were even able to get us help same day via their emergency services. I was so happy and relieved I cried. When Mitch came out, everything was so backed up that it was spilling into the front yard via the clean out. Mitch was very thorough in his work, getting everything flushed out via the jetter, and going in with the camera for what seemed like several times to pinpoint the actual issue. Lo and behold, tree roots have pushed down so much on the pipes that they’ve become separated by at least a few inches if not more. The clog was not caused by us after all, and it was such a relief to know the truth. He cleaned up all the mess in the front yard too, and wrote detailed notes in the invoice. He also took several pictures and saved video of what is happening with the piping system. StrongBuilt cares, they take pride in their work, and they do a good job. They are a huge blessing and I would recommend them to anyone needing services like this.

Simply the best!!!
Our experience started last fall with Mark repairing our heater. It was a Saturday, my special needs son wanted to know everything he was doing, and Mark was amazing with him, explaining everything he was doing as he did it. He made my son feel very involved and didn't mind the constant barrage of questions.
Fast forward to March and we had ceiling fans installed, a higher amp breaker and outlet installed in the garage, a light removed in the house, and an issue with some incorrectly installed outlets fixed. The issue with the outlets had been looked at by another electrician who couldn't figure it out. Bill, Manny and Marcos came out and fixed the issues with the outlets in less than 10 minutes, then did all the rest of the work quickly and without issue. You would never have guessed they had to cut into the drywall, the repairs they did were seamless!
A couple nights ago at about 10pm our plumbing stopped working. Mitchell came to the house and resolved the issue with a clogged main quickly. He was so nice and didn't have any issues with being there after hours. He walked me through the issue (tree roots), how to prevent it in the future, and what we needed to do to maintain our plumbing to avoid major expenses. I signed us up for PANDA care on the spot.
We will be loyal Strongbuilt customers for all of our heating, ac, plumbing and electrical needs and any other services they offer as we need them.

Bruno was fantastic when he came out to quote. Very informative with many options.
Pre-inspection was scheduled after 3:30, but I got a text just before 9am the gentleman was on his way. Called office, Clarissa looked into, confirmed appt, and thought nothing more of it. That is until 7pm and still no call and no show by Chris Ball, who was the tech.
Called the office Monday, mind you, I dont have a number directly to the NM location, so I explain my situation to 2 different young ladies before they transfer me a third time. By now I'm aggrevated just trying to get this going when Clarissa finally takes the call. She tells me that Chris called Friday afternoon and I didn't answer so he left a message. I told her I had no missed calls, no voice-mail, nothing, and when I addressed her by the wrong name (like I said, I've been handed off 3 times already), she replies in a most condescending manner my name is Clarissa which I advised you at the beginning of this call. This was the point I was ready to unravel the whole deal.
Finally got someone out to do the pre-inspection after calling BRUNO. Thank you Bruno!
When it came to the install, everything was back on track. Manny, the install manager was very professional and worked his best around my availability.
Now, the installation team was THE BEST! Chris Sisneros and his partner, Felix (i hope i got that right) were courteous, professional, and focused throughout their entire job. I believe they even skipped lunch on the first day. After the installation, I was to have the vents cleaned. They initially told me they couldn't do it on a Saturday, but quickly came back and made me a Saturday appt. That was thanks to Chris Sisneros offering to do it. This young man takes a lot of pride in doing a quality job and making sure the customer is not just satisfied, but comfortable with all services performed.

I would've given all 5 🌟 if I left out the incident with Clarissa. But unfortunately, her de-escalation skills almost drove me to do business elsewhere.

Had Strongbuilt come out to look at our heating for the season. Adam was very professional and helpful, sticking around to answer all our questions. We will definitely be using them from how on.

I have called Strongbuild to get a water heater. My old one haded stopped working on me. They send out Mr Dominic C. he did a nice job installing it in. My old one haded messed up the wood and he fixed it and now it looks new. One other thing I like is he was on time thanks i really like the great work.

Adam showed up, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He went over our blower, gave us advice on how to keep the load on the system low and the whole unit happy. My boys (4 and 18mo) thought he was hilarious and Adam was very kind to them.

I had my new AC unit rebuilt and installed by a truly professional Strongbuilt team. They are Chris Dominguez and Chris Sisneros.The unit stopped working and the temperature outside was triple digits. The AC is on the side of the house. Also the humidifier unit in the garage wasn’t working. The Strongbuilt team did an outstanding job. They asked if I had any questions along the way. I am very happy with the service and the outcome! I can pack up my room fans and enjoy the nice cool air I am now getting! Thanks guys!
