Mario and J.J. did an excellent job pricing and installing a new mini-split AC system for our home. They were extremely friendly, responsive, accommodating, and did beautiful work. We have always had excellent service from Carlson and this was no exception.

Mark was great to work with. Best price in town for all the same work. My water heater went out, tank blew up, he was able to provide me upfront pricing and came out the next day and installed! All others told me they would have to inspect then schedule a week out. A week without hot water in the winter was not going to happen. Thanks Mark and Bradon for installing and bringing it up to code. Excellent service!

Overall extremely disappointed with this company. First, I made an appointment with them to schedule an AC repair. After giving all my information and setting up the appointment, the very same lady I spoke with calls me again the next day to say she is ready to schedule an appointment for me. At that point I knew there would be problems. Then on the day of the appointment they informed my wife, who had already taken off from work, that they needed to cancel. They said they didn’t have enough workers and overbooked. They wanted to reschedule in 2 weeks. After my wife informed them that was unacceptable, they were able to reschedule us for the following Monday. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, the tech showed up and said he could not complete the repair. He said his supervisor told him there would be liability issues if they tried to do the repair. Complete waste of time. I should’ve done myself a favor and call TLC right off the bat. Live and learn.

Water Damage Restoration provided a great experience with their friendly staff.

They say they will get to the job but now seem too busy. Say they will call back, no reply. Now they would rather I find someone else. They don't care that their delay and inaction is causing me to run out of heating and hot water. Their delay canceling the work til the holidays is a big problem, that they don't care about. I will never even consider using them again.

Have always had good experiences with this company until my current project. I had to call to get some serious mistakes with my ac conversion corrected, especially after a supervisor gave me a bizarre response. Co-owner Vanessa Gonzales had everything corrected very quickly and competently.

We had them install a mini split system on our addition. The system worked great for about 3 or 4 days but then started not blowing cold. I looked at the unit and saw where the freon was leaking and called them back. They told use that the cause was 2 service valves that both started leaking at the same time on a brand new unit and not their line set connections which was where I saw the freon leak was coming from and charged us another 500.00. I called to argue the bil but was told they didn't touch that area so not their fault. I won't be using them again.

I contacted Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing and requested an estimate to replace my old Swamp Cooler. Jeremy arrived and answered all of my questions without being in a hurry to leave. I have not used the business, since I am waiting on an estimate before I make my final decision. Jeremy was kind, considerate and mindful as I continued to ask many questions.

Abdul kept me posted on progress the whole way and he fixed problem that another plumber couldn’t. He left the place spotless! Great experience
