I was struggling draining my water heater and flushing it. It was taking more than a couple hours. I called Alex, and over the phone he gave me the best gift, fully worth a paid visit, but no charge. He walked me through being able to flush the tank in 15-20 minutes! And additional after care of my faucets. Later I had a problem shutting off the drainage valve, and he came out and removed an obstruction. He is passionate about what he does, and knows the history of all things plumbing. He freely gives away the tips and tricks he’s learned over years of experience and hundreds of installations. He explains everything so a lay person can understand. And he lets you know all costs upfront. He is very responsive, stays in communication, and keeps you in the time loop, and shows up as scheduled. If there ever was a “THE ONE” plumber, it is Alex! In early June 2016, I decided to go ahead and do a big plumbing work recommended in the previous year.. John, plumber/technician spent a full day and two part days and completed the job. Excellent!! He was not only efficient and did a great job, but also was so personable and easy to work with. He answered every question I had in the way I understood. Although I have been with Carlson for 20 years or more for heating/cooling work, this is the first plumbing job I had done by the company. From now on I will call John if I have any plumbing problems. I recommend him highly.

First time using Central Plumbing. Had little to no hot water from water heater. After reading online reviews for several other companies, I noticed that Central Plumbing had not one negative review from anyone for whom they did service. Was in the middle of a busy work day, so I just sent off an online request to be contacted about my water heater issue. Mark responded in less than 2 minutes, and an appointment was set. Mark and Braden came out, diagnosed the problem, and solved it quickly by replacing the hot water valve. Could've sold me a new water heater and taken me for a $$$ ride for all I know about it, but they didn't. They tested all areas and lines and made sure that issued was fixed and that I had hot water again before leaving. Very pleased with their friendly, thorough service, and I will call them again anytime I have an issue. I never say that about *anyone*, so, do yourself a favor. Call these guys. You won't be sorry.

These guys are the best! We had a major water leak in our house, by swamp cooler. they came out, stayed till 8pm at night, got the job done to perfection.
