Our thermastat quit working . . called Affordable Service. The lady who answered the phone suggested I try changing the batteries. I was impressed when it worked but more impressed they didn't want to make a service call to fix it. AC only 3 yrs old but made an apt to have it checked. Daniel, the tech, was very courteous & professional. Unit functional, no repairs needed. I do recommend this company!!!

I highly recommend American AC & Heat. They have serviced an old AC unit and installed a new one. Cody and Dakota are always responsive to calls/texts. They respond quickly and are good at explaining any issue and giving options on how to address the issues.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
