I had a great experience with Rocketman Plumbing! They were recommended to me by my handyman plumber as the emergency service I required was more extensive than one person could do. The Rocketman team was professional, clean, fairly priced and made a difficult plumbing emergency as painless as possible. The office team, management, and on-site plumbers were responsive, thorough, and helpful to deal with. While I hope to never need major plumbing intervention again, I can say they have a lifelong customer that I will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends!

They came and did a diagnostic evaluation on our broken air conditioner which I was told would be around 80$. The guy examined the system and it took him about 20-30 minutes and then he spent about 20-30min patiently explaining the situation and what he thought it would cause to fix it etc...I thought he was so nice to take the time to really break it down and explain it so well. Then he comes back with the bill! He was charging us 150$ more than the original 80$ diagnostics because of extra time spent!!! 150$ for time he spent explaining the problem and the possible solutions!!! I felt totally robbed! I complained to their main office and they said they would send the complaint to their service department; and they never called me back. I was so upset that I had to go with another company for the repair.

I made the mistake of using a well known competitor when I first bought my house but AFTER they stripped a bolt causing me to have to replace a water heater that wasnt broken , I just wanted to know how to relight the pilot if it went out, I searched for another plumber

MARK & crew are honest trustworthy gentlemen. Now I ONLY use Central plumbing. I've had them out for air conditioning, heating and water leaks in the last 2 yrs and not once have I been disappointed in their services. Donner Plumbing is a great service! They've been out to our house for several different jobs. The entire team is incredibly nice, friendly, and patient (because we don't know jack about plumbing). Joseph and Tristan recently replaced our evaporative cooler (which was a complicated job) and were extremely kind to my mom. They worked for hours in this terrible heat and never gave up.
