I had service come to do the annual summer check of my heating and air-conditioning. The tech noticed that I had vines growing in my air-conditioning condenser and he had me come outside and look at it. I was glad he could clean it out now and not having to schedule another appointment. My condenser will be more efficient. A very professional, polite and well informed technician.

During this time Pro Plumbing has tackled every kind of job imaginable and I has always reigned victorious. At the same time I have found Pro Plumbing to be the most reasonably-priced as well as consistent. Sigi is an incredible problem solver, professional and always has a great attitude. My only complaint is that my other contractors don't match the same caliber of Pro Plumbing.

MGP Mechanical did a great job looking at my tankless hot water heater. They changed a few settings on the unit and ensured me that the unit was working properly. Gerald even took the time to contact the water heater manufacturer to make sure the unit was registered under their warranty program with the correct homeowner information. This company was contracted through a warranty service. There was three separate interactions, and all three of them resulted in a waste of time. For example, the first time they were supposed to come out in the a.m., however, they showed up at 3:30 in the afternoon. The next time they were supposed to come out, they ended up calling me at the very last minute of the window to tell me they didn’t have the right parts. This last time they were supposed to show up in the a.m., but they showed up in the p.m. again, and to make matters worse when I open up my garage to coordinate their repairs when I went into the garage, I caught them working without them telling me. they claim they tried to call me to tell me they were running late and they also claimed they knocked on the door however, both don’t match up with my experience. Long story short they did a good job but they’re terrible at communicating.
