This was my second call to them. Did a fantastic job both times. They really have done a amazing job fixing up my mom's house. Definitely would recommend Rocketman.

6/18/21 Update: Kathy Armstrong, Service Manager, reached out to me and apologized for the situation and covered the cost of the initial service call over 1 year ago! She was great to work with and I'm happy to change my review from 2 stars to 5 stars. Thank you Kathy and B Carlson!

Tony, the plumbing technician, was great!
But $450 to replace a $20 part (new relief valve on gas water heater)...really B Carlson!?

I discovered that the pipes under my kitchen sink had been leaking for months causing my cabinet floor to buckle. The technician from central plumbing recommended that all the pipe lines be replaced under the sink. He removed all the old pipes and replaced them with new stuff. He did the work fast and cheaply and I'm very happy with the result! Thanks!

I had a emergency repair that needed immediate attention. Pro plumbing was there within an hour and had the hose bib fixed before noon. Great service and price.

I awoke early one morning this week to prepare for the day and found I had no hot water. I figured the recycling motor had failed. I went to the garage to inspect and found a pool of water in the pan beneath the hot water heater. I assumed the water heater was shot and so I came in and searched plumbing companies in Rio Rancho. Affordable promptly came up and I saw the ratings and read the comments. I compared companies for a minute and immediately called Affordable. The response was quick and they made an appointment. Kurt Hill and Cory came promptly at 10AM and examined the water heater and found a leak in the piping above the water heater. He corrected the problem quickly. I shared some other concerns with toilets and sinks which they fixed. I felt the dishwasher might have a small leak so they checked it out and found it did have a leak and the supply line was swollen twice its size and was vulnerable for a break. He disconnected the dishwasher at our request because he said the motor was shot. He made a video of it leaking to assure us. This lead to a question about what our water pressure was set at. It was 100 plus. That explained a lot about problems we were having with sinks, toilets, and appliances. They searched out the supply lines to the house and placed a water pressure regulator by our main water supply to the home.I thought that the bill would be extremely high because of the hours they spent at our home. To my surprise they were extremely fair and reasonable. My wife and I are so grateful for these two men and their friendship and trusting nature. We would recommend Affordable Service, Kurt and Cory for any of your heating, plumbing, and air conditioning needs.Jim and Donna

Our kitchen faucet broke, I purchased a replacement at Lowe’s and chose to have Wagner install the faucet as I am disabled. I called to inquire on price and estimated time before it could be put in. I was told that they had technicians available today and that if I was supplying the faucet it was simple and would run me 89.95 plus tax. James came out with a trainee and did a wonderful job and I did have to purchase supply lines from the him as I was unaware I needed them but after thr install was all done it came out to 242 and change. I was happy with my installer and the trainee and the job was done flawlessly but I gave three stars because the pricing structure was not fully explained to me and I did every thing I could to make sure I was being told the right price. At the end of the day I am happy that it was done and it works wonderfully but the difference in what was quoted versus charged was not expected. Please be more bluntly honest when calling to ask about prices, and be clear when telling customers the 89.95 charge is only to have them show up and find out what’s needed.ThanksJohn

Amazing!!! Valdez Brothers is the best home company I have ever worked with! Everyone of the workers and bosses were professional, kind and thoughtful. I had the whole house re-piped and had a new water heater installed. The work was done fast and with superior quality! From start to finish, the communication was detailed. I’ve told all my neighbors, friends and co-workers about Valdez Brothers. These guys are a treasure ~ give them a call and see the fantastic work they do for yourself, you’ll be glad you did!

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!
