We had 2 toilets replaced and a water conditioner installed. It took a few visits to accomplish this but it was worth the wait. The plumbers who came were very nice and attentive to our needs. We appreciated the quality and care they put into their work. We also greatly appreciated that we could get an estimate in advance of the time and cost involved. We feel Rocketman is a company that values their customers.

I had an instant hot water heater go down recently, and I originally called the service company recommended by the manufacturer, and they told me they would get back to me with a time someone could come by. I never heard from them again, so I called Comfort Solutions to see if they could help with the problem. They sent a technician, Eugene, out to my house that afternoon, and he was able to diagnose the problem and get the necessary parts ordered for the repair. Eugene was professional and courteous with my wife when he arrived, and I was very pleased with his customer service in general.

It ended up taking a week to get my hot water heater up and running primarily because the parts took several days to arrive (to no fault of Comfort Solutions though), but once they did, Eugene had them installed in good time and charged me a very reasonable rate for the number of hours it took to complete the diagnostic and installation process. The repair has held for several months now without issue, and thus it was time to give Comfort Solutions a positive review. Thanks to Eugene in particular for getting the job done well and being straightforward and honest with me throughout the process.

The sales representative Chris Ulibarri confirm the appointment and called prior to arrival and was on time. Answered all my questions in a professional manner. And followed up accordingly. I booked the install of my new master cool immediately. They were able to get me on the calendar in less than a week. All correspondence were timely and professional. The installers arrived promptly as scheduled. Manuel and Omar were excellent. They installed my master cool with promptness professionalism, and very tidy matter. They answered all my questions and got the work done in about four hours, which I was impressed. I highly recommend this company to anybody. Tony showed less than one hour after I called for appointment. He finished in approximately one hour. Leaks are fixed and work areas left clean and as he found them. This is at least second time I have used Affordable and all occurrences have been 5 star.The missing star is due to Tony not wearing any PPE given the state's current virus protection guidance.Cost of service was more than I was expecting but given the prompt response and service and positive result I would recommend Affordable to others and will continue to call them when I require plumbing or HVAC service
