Eric did a fast job of tightening the kitchen drain to stop it from leaking, I did not have the correct tool to do it. Eric was very nice and never talked down to me while doing the work.

Alex and Adrian are very professional and they did a beautiful job of making sure all of the work was up to code. Considering the house is about 70 years old. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks again for the great job.

I purchased my heating and air conditioning units from B Carlson a few years back. So far, so good. I have their technicians come out twice a year to do the semi-annual inspection/service. The gentleman who came out today, Sean, was professional, polite, thorough and just an all-around nice guy. Great customer service!

We are new to Rio Rancho, had just bought a house, and discovered that the water valves for the washing machine needed replacement -- badly! We had researched plumbers online (google, BBB, etc. ) and decided to call Affordable Services. Excellant choice, to say the least. Thomas was available and in our neighborhood, so he came by immediately. Because the house is older ('85), the valve box threw him a problem as far as accessing the valve pipes, but he knew exactly what to do, and had us up and washing in no time. So kudos to Thomas and Chris (x2) for their excellant service, as well as the office scheduler (I apologize for forgetting her name - very helpful and friendly) for taking care of us. This is a good company. Gerald is a straight forward and honest person to work with - we are pleased with his approach to doing business. Everyone on the phones is responsive and helpful. I would recommend MGP to others.

They say they will get to the job but now seem too busy. Say they will call back, no reply. Now they would rather I find someone else. They don't care that their delay and inaction is causing me to run out of heating and hot water. Their delay canceling the work til the holidays is a big problem, that they don't care about. I will never even consider using them again.

He regularly services my radiant heater, he is punctual, affordable, and respectful.

Western mechanical were fine once they showed up. It was not 24 hours like I was quoted, more like a week. Home depot was not exceptional either. Took numerous phone calls to connect with someone, then passed around numerous times, on hold for over 45 minutes one time. The biggest farce was GE! They have been non- compliant from the start. Always some excuse why they could not send a replacement immediately, even though they had pictures of the damage. I filed complaint an hour after opening the box, on 9-2-20, and still on 9-25-20, I still haven't heard when delivery will be. I will never buy another GE product made by them, and will not recommend anyone else buy from them!!! I want my new washing machine!!!

I called Valdez on Monday morning and left my number. I got a return call within 30 minutes. I explained that my bathroom sink was not draining. He said someone would be out between 9 am (the time I called) and 12:30. Diego and his son arrived at 10:20. Turned out it was not a major problem and they cleared the drain in about 5 minutes. They showed me how to check the sink stopper. The cost for a new customer is $85 per hour. I was happy to pay that as I felt they were honest. I recommend them highly. They also do cooling and heating.
