When my AC died during a recent heatwave, I was not optimistic about getting quick service. I called several companies and Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling sent someone out that same day. Carlos, who answered the phone, was just terrific and really listened to my needs. He truly wanted to help me.When Kevin arrived, he quickly assessed the problem and gave me clear information about my choices and the cost of each choice. As he began the repair, he explained each step to me. He was professional and pleasant and answered all of my questions. Next time I require service, they will be my first call!

We had our kitchen sink replaced so we needed water line hook-ups and new faucet installed. All the work completed was done very professionally. Mario, the plumber performed the work very nicely. This is a very good company.

From the first contact for bid with Dan to the last contact Julian, Nate and Leedro departing after installation we had nothing less than an exceptional experience. The scope of the work was demanding, when problems arose, they came to me with the problem and a solution. The original bid was the ending cost, no add-ons or overruns. I would recommend Signature Heating and Cooling without hesitation. We had a new central heat system installed with all new ductwork, vents in a 70 year old home with no previous heat system.

Sean was prompt to respond and showed up at the time he said he would. He helped with diagnosing the problem and provided services to correct the issue. Great guy! Highly recommended.

The guys were great with our gas problems, patient and hard-working. I will be happy to use their services again when needed.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

I would absolutely choose them the next time I need plumbing services because they were usually always on time, was exceptionally courteous, and gave me advice on how to fix the problem if it will happen again. Many thanks!

Miguel and Cameron came here for a drain cleaning. They were spot on time and went right to work. It turned out to be not so simple (isn't that often the case?) and they kept at it until it was complete.
