We were relieved to have Kurt Hill from Affordable Service Plumbing come check our hot water heater. Although we didnt require any service after all, other than relighting the pilot, we will definitely call on him the next time we have any plumbing needs. He's very professional, personable, and put us at ease about future needs we may have. That's important to us.

We have a swamp cooler that was running but not cooling. They were able to serve us within a few days, rather than the 2 weeks others quoted. Nice guys, on time, quickly discovered the pump needed replacing. They replaced the pump but still not working. Finally determined they had a faulty pump and had to go get another one. I was a bit bothered to have to pay for the time they spent working on the faulty pump they brought with them, but I guess that is standard practice.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!
