daughters condo. I have used MGP before to install a hot water heater. I called MGP and left a message. I was immediately called back by Melania. She

Were not honest and charged me 95$ just to scare me and tell me I needed a circuit board, a motor and a cleaning for my heater that was blowing coldair. After they left I broke down and cried thinking I need to get this done. I then called another company that came out and just cleaned out the heater top and bottom used some brush thing and only charged me 150.00 and didn't charge to come out. Wagner for cleaning alone wanted to charge me close to 400 plus I got scammed out of 95$. Shameful to take advantage of a Senior!!

Words can't describe my gratitude for the VB. I had a pet emergency! Where my dogs foot got stuck in the bathtub drain in the process of giving him a bath. Animal control was unable to help me with my situation. They advised me to call a plumber. So I quickly googled and came across VB. Richard took my call. I explained the situation to him he quickly reacted, and came to my aid. Him and his team planned out how to safely get my dogs foot out with out harming, or running the risk of breaking my dogs paw. I waited four days for another plumber to show up. Called Donner Plumbing at 7:00 Monday morning and a heating specialist and assistant were at my house by 9:30 a.m. Long story short... my boiler needed to be replaced. Damian, the service Plumber, was excellent. He and Ricardo, his assistant kept the area clean and were very conscientious, considerate, and respectful. His work was excellent and I plan to use this company for all my heating and plumbing needs.
