Had an electromagnetic descaler installed. The equipment is very good. I have sensitive skin, but with this conditioner I am noticing my skin is less dry. My dishes and laundry are clean without hard water residue. Very glad I used this contractor again, and I am very pleased with the descaler and installation: it was fast and easy!

My regular HVAC guy recommended this place, after he could diagnose/fix an issue I had with my furnace.I called Affordable Sunday evening, and they explained to me my pricing options as far as somebody coming out that night or during regular business hours. I opted to have somebody come by the next day.The day of my appointment. I received an email with Bill’s picture to let me know he was on his way. Bill also called me to let me know the exact time he would be at my house. He showed up at noon on the nose.Bill was able to diagnose my problem, but most importantly FIX it! He kept me very engaged in the process, explaining to me what he was doing and answering all of my questions. He was very friendly and efficient. The job was done well, no complaints about it, unless the water tank leaks unexpectedly. The problem is the owner needs to be polite and honest towards customers.

I always ask for price confirmation thru email before services start for my rental business, and he just wouldn’t do it. After I requested he just replied “I confirm “ in email, he hung up the phone. That is definitely an insulting to customers. I was planning to tell tenant call another company , but he showed up next day and agreed the price with my tenant .

But he asked extra $20 while fixing, and my tenant gave him without my knowledge.
When I received the invoice after service, he added extra $70, I told him I only pay what he agreed.
Frankly, this is NOT a person I want to do business with again.

It was easy to schedule an appointment and technician was on time and professional. Would use them again.

On Monday, David came out to fix a swamp cooler we had been having problems with. He arrived on time after a courtesy call to make sure we were home. He proceeded to fix the problem which was not easy. The repairs were done in an outstanding manner and David was very professional and even stayed after a normal quitting time to make sure we were up and running for the hot weather. We will have David do our changeovers come fall and spring. I highly recommend David and Albuquerque Plumbing.

Update 2/2/21! Stephan of Plumbing Express NEVER COMPLETED THE WORK he was paid in full for. There was no reason why the work was not able to be completed but what we know from experience is that Stephan’s business practices and level of professionalism do not stand up to his initial assurances and are questionable, at best. BE VERY CAUTIOUS about hiring this company. Also, be sure to check out the complaints against his business on the BBB website!
Stephan was hired to replace a septic system for our home, he was paid in full and we were assured work would be complete within one week of digging up the old system. That was the first of July and it's now October 1 and the ground is still wide open and nothing is connected. To say this is unsanitary and unsafe would be a massive understatement. Every week we're told a crew is coming to finish and workers show up for a few hours and then leave and we don't see them again until we call to see what's going on. This is 100% unacceptable. They are unreliable and unprofessional at best and not worth the hassle of dealing with them. There are MUCH better and more reliable plumbing service providers out there. I 100% advise NOT HIRING this company unless you like dealing with poor communication and bad excuses for not completing work.

peoples plumbing came to do a repair on my bathroom. They were very affordable and prompt also very professional I would highly recommend them for plumbing and heating services I will also be calling them for my winterizing services thank you Rudy and Crew.

CPHC did an excellent job installing a master cool unit at my house. They were polite, very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend David and his crew to everyone. Thank you for your hard work!

I’m a disabled veteran and new homeowner. As with most new houses I had a plumbing emergency. Within 24 hours Action Plumbing was to my house, cutting a corroded hose off the washer that “came with the house.” My faucets were old, and they replaced them as well. They communicated with me every step of the way. Their price was more than reasonable and absolutely blew the competition (TLC) out of the water. They also gave me a discount as a fixed income disabled vet. It’s really nice to have folks out there who genuinely care. They even did a walk through inspection and helped me understand other potential issues to keep an eye out for. No high pressure, no sales, just wanting to make sure I wasn’t heading toward impending doom anywhere else in my home. 100% would use them again.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
