The experience with B Carlson was good all the way around. The sales representative was knowledgeable, professional and met all appointments as well as easy to contact. The technician staff that did the work arrived on time, completed the project on schedule, conducted themselves professionally and cleaned up during a upon completion.

Amazing! After having Air Force One Plumbing Heating & Cooling send what they called their best tech over, he being unable to troubleshoot my furnace, so he called the owner to come look at it. The owner of Air Force One Plumbing showed up and told me I needed a new gas valve and motherboard or a new furnace. Wagner Mechanical than came over and that tech told me my furnace was shot and I simply needed a new one, he never pulling out a single tool or tester. I finally called MGP and immediately I could tell that Gerald knew what he was doing. Within five minutes, he was able to identify the problem. It had nothing to do with my furnace, it was my thermostat. Gerald repaired a broken wire and the furnace fired right up and now runs like a Rolex watch. Gerald and MGP will always have my business and I would recommend them to those I care about.

We have always found the office staff and service technicians to be highly professional and they go the extra mile to make things happen. We recently had our HVAC system replaced and a whole house tankless water heater installed at the same time. All of installation technicians were friendly, answered questions and worked hard to please. We did not understand why the plumbers struggled to do their part of the installation, saying they lacked parts and tools to complete the work? I called the office to complain when we were told that it might take two more days before we would have hot water?? The project supervisor called back immediately and said we would have hot water before the plumbers left! This was appreciated. All in all, even though the installation was a success, I observed that safe use of ladders wasn’t followed, tools and materials were scattered about and the pvc piping was dirty, scuffed and aesthetically unpleasant in appearance. Also, the metals covers to the heating unit and compressor were just casually laid on the ground. One cover has a dent in it. Finally, the techs vehicles were disorganized and shabby looking. This is our second HVAC install with Wagner in 16 years. I give the whole install job 7 out of 10.

We have used Custom-Air, Inc. for all of our heating, cooling and plumbing needs since 2002. From a complete ductwork overhaul with heating/cooling combo unit install in our first home to a new furnace, new evaporative unit and gas line work in our current home - Rick and Dave have been our go-to team! Their service and attention to detail is second-to-none, and we highly recommend them!

My furnace went out right before Christmas and this company was one of few open. They came out Christmas Eve and told me that they could try to fix it but most likely it needed replacement. They took a bunch of pictures and said they were working up some bids. When the tech returned he said he had a couple of options. One of which was turning my gas back on! I wasn’t informed at any point that the gas needed to be shut off. He apparently spoke with my tenant and claimed the furnace was leaking. No proof was provided and again no conversation was had with me. I was quoted a little under $600 to have the gas capped and turned back on or $200 and they’ll have to call the gas company to red tag my home. I couldn’t get an explication of the charges and after he actually reviewed the order he was able to remove parts that had been added on. So In the end $350 to be able to have hot water and the ability to cook Christmas dinner. Total shake down and I would not recommend them to anyone. Ever.
