Best Gas Water Heater in Albuquerque NM

First guy could not fix problem 2nd time guy better and fixed. One of the guys shut off water under sink to RO and refrig. no ice by Friday. Refused to come back on Saturday without extra charge. Got someone else to fix their mistake unprofessional.

Alex did a great job in installing our new water heater. It looks beautiful, left a clean area and hauled away the old stuff!

I couldn't have asked for better service. Tony found the leak and showed me a video of it. He explained how he was going to repair the leaking pipe. He had it repaired quickly and showed me the worn parts and another video of the repair. If I could request Tony for any future plumbing repairs I would.

Our water heater went cold. Called Wagner and their customer service set up a service call. Customer service kept us informed and updated regarding our service call. Steve and his partner showed up, gave an estimate for a new water heater, parts and labor. We moved forward with same day installation. Thank you.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. I had them come out to replace my swamp cooler which had the disadvantages of being on a very steep pitched roof as well as the the flashing around the ductwork having been screwed up by a previous contractorThey dealt with all the difficulties including an after install service in an extremely competent and timely manner - which is especially noteworthy given this being their busiest time of the year.Having dealt with one other company that ended up trying to pad their quote out on day of install, as well as multiple other companies that either scheduled to give me a quote and never showed up, or never called back when I left a message - Ron at Abq Plumbing, Heating and Cooling was fantastic to work with.I am extremely happy with my new unit, have a great level of confidence in the quality of the work, and look forward to using this company as my go-to for years to come.THIS is what customer service should be about.

Needed someone to look at my air conditioner and a specific vent. These guys are amazing. They were friendly on the phone when scheduling, explained everything they were doing and why they recommended the services they did, and completed everything quickly and very well. They were polite, courteous, and professional. Even loved on my doggy! Highly recommend!

My mother is in her upper 60’s and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find companies that will not try to rob her blind for house work etc.. The technicians were very courteous and professional and were able to snake most of the clogs we had during the “first round” of service. There was a toilet upstairs that was not resolving unfortunately.

The scheduler / person on the phone (I believe whose name was Evelyn) was rude and not transparent with what she deemed as “separate” vs “same” jobs. We were charged twice for something that should have been added to the first service. Very unclear, unprofessional and rude to deal with. Next time we will take our business elsewhere.
