Main Water Line To House Replaced: What can I say, these guys are great. They are very fast and reasonably priced. What I thought would be a 3 or 4 day job, was completed in a day and a half and done right. My main water line was replaced. including under the driveway without breaking or cutting any concrete. They made a very difficult job look easy. Highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Mike was very professional. Fixed my problem and I am extremely happy with the result, even though it was just a bathroom sink drain.

Christian came out to help with my HVAC system on Nov 29, 2021. He provided annual maintenance on the system but was also able to quickly assess the problem that I’ve been having with the heating—-evidently it was an intermittent gas valve issue. One of the hardest problems to detect is anything intermittent and the fact that he diagnosed it so quickly speaks volumes about his technical abilities. I’ve also greatly enjoyed speaking with your receptionist Kris.who is an absolute joy and frankly is another reason I love your company. I might invite Kris to Christmas dinner!! Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

We got a water softener with them a few months ago. They installed it with a rubber ring to seal the filer. The size isn't standard and isn't carried at any store or specialty store in town (we checked). We can't turn on the water now because we need the correct size of the rubber ring. Their response is they can't even look at it for 2 weeks. After you pay them, they are done with you. We should have gone with TLC.

I understand you have to say that you intended to rearrange your staff to try and help us. We called and spoke 3 times and all times we were told 2 weeks for possible visit to the house. I explained that I have a 7 month old baby without water. I was told there was nothing you all could do. Makes sense you need to backtrack now... That's fine but people need to know if you are too busy for emergencies.
