First time using Central Plumbing. Had little to no hot water from water heater. After reading online reviews for several other companies, I noticed that Central Plumbing had not one negative review from anyone for whom they did service. Was in the middle of a busy work day, so I just sent off an online request to be contacted about my water heater issue. Mark responded in less than 2 minutes, and an appointment was set. Mark and Braden came out, diagnosed the problem, and solved it quickly by replacing the hot water valve. Could've sold me a new water heater and taken me for a $$$ ride for all I know about it, but they didn't. They tested all areas and lines and made sure that issued was fixed and that I had hot water again before leaving. Very pleased with their friendly, thorough service, and I will call them again anytime I have an issue. I never say that about *anyone*, so, do yourself a favor. Call these guys. You won't be sorry.

I was so pleased (and surprised) to get an offer of same-day service when I called this morning. I was told between 12:00 and 2:00 and Kevin Lenkowski showed up exactly at 12:00. He was able to get the refrigerated air going to cool the house down while he went for parts. He didn't fit any other jobs in between but came right back with parts and finished my repairs quickly. I was pleased to get a senior discount too! Kevin was professional and courteous and I would welcome him back if I have further need for repairs.A+ for Affordable Service and for Kevin.

Mike was absolutely fantastic. We have had plumbers from other companies come to our house no less than 5 times and were unable to identify an issue with our sump pump. He did it the first time, and identified two other issues. The price was reasonable and he fixed it in record time. I will be requesting him specifically for all of our future plumbing needs. One of the best experiences I've had. Rick was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all- around great guy! He knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it right away, and charged me a very fair price. Wish I could give more stars!

My father is disabled and unable to fix his garbage disposal himself due to his heart condition, we called abq heating and plumbing and set up an appointment to have them come fix it. We had the garbage disposal (that needed to be installed), all they provided was the elbow to fix the leak, and it took them less than an hour to fix (it's not fixed, it's still leaking) and they charged $465 (they charge $65 just to come out and look at your issue and don't absorb that cost even if you give them the work)! I know prices have gone up, but I called another plumbing business just to see what the cost would be and they said $120 (plus parts) per hour. This is ridiculous to be price gouging customers like this.  I feel horrible for recommending them to my parents (because they fixed our outside faucet last year) and having them charge so much for sub par work.

We were very pleased with the work that Ben did on our home. He was both competent and courteous, and explained his thought process really clearly. Would recommend him without reservation.

Our furnace gave out this morning. Called American AC and Heat. Cody came within the hour.and diagnosed our problem. We told him we had previous problem and he gave us an estimate on a new unit. We called around for other estimates and American AC and Heat was the best deal. So now we have a new furnace with an excellent warranty for a great price.! Thank you Cody!
