I called their emergency service because my water heater was having issues. I called their emergency services because I needed to get up and going. The lady tried to get ahold of technician and said no was available. If you someone does not reach back to in 30 minutes just call another plumber. I waited and waited and nothing. So I called another plumber because I need to get this done today. This is second time I have called Rocketman for emergency. Last time I talked with someone they said two weeks it was during the summer. What service especially during emergency situation.

While I did not end up using Motherroad's services to complete my water filtration project, I feel compelled to leave a review after my experience. This was far and away the BEST interaction I have ever had with a contractor. Alex was prompt, explained my options in great detail, and did not try to upsell or push anything extra or unnecessary to my project. He told me exactly what he wanted to use, why he wanted to use it, and included a breakdown of every single item and its purpose in his quote. He also broke down his pricing for me, which provided that extra layer of comfort with the process.

It is clear that Alex really knows his stuff and takes great pride in his work. If you haven't yet, take a look at the pictures on his website; he is definitely an artist of his craft. Unfortunately, we did not have the room in our budget to go with him on this occasion, but I wholeheartedly believe he is worth his price and would be ecstatic to go with Motherroad on a future project down the road. I discovered that the pipes under my kitchen sink had been leaking for months causing my cabinet floor to buckle. The technician from central plumbing recommended that all the pipe lines be replaced under the sink. He removed all the old pipes and replaced them with new stuff. He did the work fast and cheaply and I'm very happy with the result! Thanks!

The plumber was great. Good attitude, treated me with respect and offered options. I would give him 5 stars. He is the reason I will use his company for a refrigerated air problem. However, the price set by his company was pretty steep for changing out a valve. It only took 30 minutes and the price was close to $250.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Rick was very professional from my initial contact with him through the installation process. The team was easy to work with and concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the installation process. There was an issue with the heat not working after the installation. I called the office on a Sunday morning. Rick returned my call within 30 minutes and came out immediately to correct the issue. The heat was back on within 90 minutes after my call. I highly recommed Custom-Air.

We could not find the Clean outs so he had to go through the roof. it was a 3 hour process with changing blades and adding line to go down. But Jeffery was tenacious, and worked at it. Finally we saw results - he was pleasant, polite, throughout the entire process. He also gave me some great tips and recommendations for maintenance, and suggested that if i cannot find the cleanouts - to have some installed. i really appreciate being able to get an appointment the same day that i submitted the request. I received a service call, by the owner, within 30 minutes of calling in the problem. I wouldn't expect that to happen ever again, but hey, it's hot out there and I am grateful to have A/C up and working again. I've used JP Plumbery at my home and at my investment property. I highly recommend them.

When Cody came out to look at my furnace he calls me ahead of time gave me a time very professional very quick response from when I initially called definitely would recommend your company and if I need will use again

The positive reviews on here are friends and family. Just call to schedule and you can tell just by the way the girl answers the phone. I called to schedule and was told she busy and in the field when hours went by I called again and was told they could schedule with a window. They not professional and they are rude I will spend my money elsewhere
