Not only did they arrive promptly after called, they took the time over two days to troubleshoot the problem and work all the possible fix until they zeroed in on the problem with our tankless water heater. They then did their best to give me the best value for my money. I would highly recommend Barney, Reese, and the whole company.

After using several other HVAC/Plumbing companies here in town over the years, I've stuck with Abq PHC for the last few years. They work the hardest in keeping scheduling, dispatch, technicians and billing in sync. On occasion we have had some confusion and even some accidental over-charges and every time they work with me to figure out what's fair. They are professional and are always striving to make their customer experience as great as possible but without charging us an arm & leg.

Made an appointment on a Thursday for an estimate the following Monday between 8-8:30. 9:15, I am sitting around waiting on their guy and finally call them. Woman in office says it'll be this afternoon. Don't waste your time, especially if you have to take off work to be home.

They responded to an emergency boiler issue in a snow storm on bad roads. They did a GREAT job and were very helpful and responsive.

Called Whitehorse with a plumbing problem and the guy said he would try to come by that afternoon. Didn't show up so I called again and got an answering machine. Left a message with my phone number and never received a reply. I guess they weren't interested in the business.
