I had another plumber come out they were not ready and they made excuses why my drains were clogged. I called Rocketman they came out 2 days later they fixed the problem in 20 minutes.

People BEWARE!!!! Affordable Service in your dreams..... Called and asked if I can get a quote, they told me over the phone quotes were free and can come by at 2:30 that day, next thing you know I was paying $180 just because my pipe came undone. The guy literally just screwed it back together. He didn't use any materials or tools. When he came out from underneath my home he tells me that the pipe just needed to be screwed back and that he just did it. He goes to his truck and hands me a ticket for $180, I tell him I just wanted a quote. He tells me that he fixed the problem and was demanding to get paid. Needless to say I paid the guy but I will make sure my family and friend never use them. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone, a bunch of thief's.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

I highly recommend 4 Star Mechanical. They fixed my AC and absolutely did an outstanding job. My home warranty company dragged their feet but 4 Star Mechanical stayed on them to get the paperwork through and get my AC fixed. They are friendly, professional and proficient. This is the second time I used ABQ. The first time they put in a garage sink and did a good job. Today I was checking if they could get hot water to the master bedroom quicker. Long story short, they could for $1800 or Jerod explained and showed how turning on the tub for a minute would accomplish the same thing for $0.0. I chose the latter! Great company that put my best interest above their immediate profit. They've got my business for life!

Mike runs a very professional outfit. He has done a complete hvac replacement for me and most recently saved me a bunch of money on some duct work. He is not afraid to dive into a dirty and tough job ( see pic).
