Rocketman came out urgently when I needed them (last minute of course) and unclogged a clog. Little hassle and really nice.

Alex and his team did an amazing job looking and addressing some plumbing issues I have. They also did an amazing job installing and mounting a new fridge. I will absolutely use them in the future.

Everything was taken care of.

An interesting experience. I called Central about a plumbing leak under my bathtub in my crawlspace. When the guy came out to assess the situation, he refused to enter the crawlspace, saying that he'd seen dozens of such leaks and didn't need to go into the crawlspace to see it for himself. He expected me to explain the leak and its source and its severity even though I hadn't been down there myself (too old for that now). He eventually said he'd provide an estimate for the repair -- or at least what he thought would be the repair -- but never did so. When I called to ask about the repair estimate, all I got was an answering machine. So I emailed the company but never got a response. Apparently they don't need the work.

Inspection and maintenance service of A/C and inspection of furnace were done well. I was not happy giving my credit card to the service crew and having the card info (including CVC) transcribed by hand. Some kind of automated system (such as a simple card swipe) should be used. This info could also be collected by the front office after the bill is delivered electronically. In the past I've had a bad experience with handing my card to merchants and later discovering the card info was used illegally.

The best in the business when it comes to heating, cooling and plumbing. Do yourself a favor and let them do what they do best. Your wallet will thank you.

Yeah Barney was very polite, prompt, down to earth, honest & understanding of my late arrival. Finished incredibly quickly & friendly to my children. Who could ask more other than was wondering if Barney was short for Bernardo. Thanks!!

John and Justin worked very hard to fix and ultimately replace our split system! They did an awesome job!!! Neil worked hard to have the main unit replaced under warranty and succeeded! I highly recommend Donner Plumbing and Heating!!!

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. I gave the company a call and got my call answered pretty quickly and the guy was really nice and professional as well and had no problem sending two guys over to help me fix my ac. The two guys were very professional as well keeping me updated on what was going on with my ac and what needs to be replaced and there price as well is really good and affordable. I know I sound like I'm paid to say this but I am not and I really recommend people to call this company if you have any ac problem :D

Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.
